【摘要】：學(xué)科、專(zhuān)業(yè)是本科高校的兩個(gè)基礎(chǔ)性概念,與此相對(duì)應(yīng),學(xué)科建設(shè)和專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)也就成為高校的兩項(xiàng)基本活動(dòng)。學(xué)科建設(shè)是基礎(chǔ),其水平如何直接決定了專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。公安高校學(xué)科建設(shè)與專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)存在兩個(gè)極端傾向:重視專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè),忽視學(xué)科建設(shè);或者過(guò)于強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)科建設(shè),弱化專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)。應(yīng)正確處理學(xué)科建設(shè)與專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)的關(guān)系,根據(jù)各自辦學(xué)定位科學(xué)合理確立學(xué)科建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略,根據(jù)學(xué)科建設(shè)與專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)的關(guān)系邏輯實(shí)施一體化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Discipline and specialty are two basic concepts in undergraduate colleges and universities, corresponding to which discipline construction and specialty construction are two basic activities in colleges and universities. Discipline construction is the foundation, and its level directly determines the quality of professional personnel training. There are two extreme tendencies in discipline construction and specialty construction in public security colleges and universities: attaching importance to specialty construction and neglecting discipline construction, or emphasizing discipline construction too much, weakening specialty construction. The relationship between discipline construction and professional construction should be handled correctly, the strategy of discipline construction should be established scientifically and reasonably according to their respective orientation of running a school, and the integrated construction should be implemented according to the logic of the relationship between discipline construction and professional construction.
