【摘要】： 異常心理作為心理現(xiàn)象的一種常態(tài)表現(xiàn)模式,極易誘發(fā)犯罪心理的產(chǎn)生。在內(nèi)外因素的共同作用下,通常具有正向和負(fù)向兩個(gè)發(fā)展方向。正向的發(fā)展方向代表犯罪心理被及時(shí)有效疏導(dǎo);負(fù)向的發(fā)展方向使虞犯轉(zhuǎn)化為犯罪人。而選取異常心理這個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)作為切入的視角,代表了筆者將犯罪預(yù)防的重心置于犯罪行為發(fā)生前的理念。如何在事前及時(shí)有效的疏導(dǎo)犯罪心理,促成正向轉(zhuǎn)化,防止其轉(zhuǎn)化為犯罪心理,使行為人遠(yuǎn)離犯罪泥淖是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。 本文共分為三個(gè)部分:第一部分是對(duì)異常心理、犯罪心理這兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞的解析;第二部分深度剖析了異常心理向犯罪心理轉(zhuǎn)化的原因;第三部分則提出了防止異常心理向犯罪心理轉(zhuǎn)化的控制機(jī)制,具體分為內(nèi)部控制和外部防范兩個(gè)部分。 希望本文能對(duì)犯罪心理學(xué)和犯罪預(yù)防理論起到一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:As a normal expression mode of psychological phenomenon, abnormal psychology is easy to induce criminal psychology. Under the joint action of internal and external factors, there are two development directions: positive and negative. The positive direction of development represents that the criminal psychology is promptly and effectively channeled, and the negative direction of development makes the crime turn into a criminal. Choosing abnormal psychology as the angle of view represents the idea that the focus of crime prevention is before the occurrence of criminal behavior. How to guide the criminal psychology in advance, promote the positive transformation, prevent it from being transformed into criminal psychology and make the perpetrator away from the mud of crime is the focus of this paper. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the analysis of abnormal psychology and criminal psychology, the second part deeply analyzes the reasons for the transformation from abnormal psychology to criminal psychology. The third part puts forward the control mechanism of preventing abnormal psychology from transforming into criminal psychology, which is divided into two parts: internal control and external prevention. I hope this article can play a certain role in guidance and reference to crime psychology and crime prevention theory.
