一種改進(jìn)的SPME方法提取火場(chǎng)殘留物中的促燃劑

【摘要】:對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外用于火場(chǎng)殘留物中促燃劑的提取方法進(jìn)行研究,包括采用活性炭片法(ACS)、固相微萃取(SPME)以及對(duì)固相微萃取技術(shù)從傳統(tǒng)的熱解吸模式到溶劑脫附模式的擴(kuò)展性思考。通過提取3種促燃劑(汽油,煤油和柴油)檢材的效能比較與分析,優(yōu)化了實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,確定了SPME的提取和溶劑脫附的方法,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明,SPME-溶劑脫附法是火場(chǎng)促燃劑殘留物分析的有效方法之一。
[Abstract]:The extraction methods of flame promoters used in fire field residues at home and abroad were studied, including (ACS), solid phase microextraction (SPME) with activated carbon sheet method and expansion of SPME technology from traditional thermal desorption mode to solvent desorption mode. By comparing and analyzing the efficiency of three kinds of flame promoters (gasoline, kerosene and diesel), the experimental conditions were optimized, and the methods of SPME extraction and solvent desorption were determined. The experimental results show that SPME-solvent desorption method is one of the effective methods for the analysis of flame promoter residues.
