【摘要】：在城市承辦重大活動(dòng)等特殊時(shí)期需要加強(qiáng)地鐵安檢措施防范恐怖襲擊。本文分析了特殊時(shí)期地鐵安檢增加手持金屬探測(cè)儀環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)施效果,并與常態(tài)地鐵安檢措施進(jìn)行比較。首先,構(gòu)建了常態(tài)地鐵安檢和特殊時(shí)期地鐵安檢的優(yōu)化模型。其次,對(duì)比不同情境下手持金屬探測(cè)儀和X射線安檢儀等安檢措施對(duì)于潛在襲擊者的威懾、對(duì)普通乘客的出行便利性、社會(huì)福利的影響。最后進(jìn)行重要參數(shù)敏感性的數(shù)值分析。研究表明,特殊時(shí)期地鐵安檢增加手持金屬探測(cè)儀環(huán)節(jié)后,可以降低物檢環(huán)節(jié)X射線安檢儀的最優(yōu)檢測(cè)精度要求,從而為普通乘客提供更多便利;但是常態(tài)安檢X射線安檢儀具有更高的檢測(cè)精度,能夠以更大概率識(shí)別出潛在襲擊者;只有在滿足特定條件下,特殊時(shí)期采取地鐵安檢強(qiáng)化措施才能夠提高整體的社會(huì)福利。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to strengthen subway security measures to prevent terrorist attacks during special periods such as major activities in cities. This paper analyzes the effect of adding hand-held metal detector to subway security inspection in special period, and compares it with normal subway security inspection measures. Firstly, the optimization model of normal subway security inspection and special subway security inspection is constructed. Secondly, the effects of hand-held metal detector and X-ray security detector on potential assailants, travel convenience and social welfare of ordinary passengers are compared in different situations. Finally, the sensitivity of important parameters is analyzed numerically. The research shows that the increase of hand-held metal detector in special period of subway security inspection can reduce the optimal precision requirement of X-ray security detector in physical inspection link, thus providing more convenience for ordinary passengers. But the normal security X-ray detector has higher detection accuracy and can identify potential attackers with greater probability. Only under the special conditions, the special period of subway security inspection can improve the overall social welfare.
