【摘要】：隨著綜合國(guó)力的增強(qiáng)和科研水平的提升,中國(guó)的科技發(fā)展?fàn)顩r日益成為西方關(guān)注的對(duì)象和情報(bào)搜集的重要目標(biāo)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)科技安全的研究大多是從漏洞評(píng)估、被動(dòng)防范著眼,往往在安全事件發(fā)生后才采取措施,對(duì)影響科技安全的行為進(jìn)行主動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)、分析、識(shí)別與追查的關(guān)注尚少。文章提出利用反情報(bào)思維研究對(duì)手的情報(bào)活動(dòng),并分析科技安全的情報(bào)需求、反情報(bào)活動(dòng)流程和分析模式,介紹了反情報(bào)在維護(hù)科技安全活動(dòng)中的具體應(yīng)用,對(duì)如何分析、追查情報(bào)源及搜集手段提出具體實(shí)施方法。
[Abstract]:With the enhancement of comprehensive national strength and the improvement of scientific research level, the development of science and technology in China has increasingly become the object of concern and an important target of intelligence gathering in the West. At present, most of the researches on science and technology security in China are focused on vulnerability assessment, passive prevention, and often take measures after the occurrence of security events, and pay little attention to the active monitoring, analysis, identification and tracing of the behaviors that affect the safety of science and technology. In this paper, the author puts forward to use anti-intelligence thinking to study the intelligence activities of opponents, and analyzes the intelligence requirements of science and technology security, the flow and analysis mode of counter-intelligence activities, introduces the concrete application of anti-intelligence in maintaining scientific and technological security activities, and analyzes how to analyze. Tracing information sources and collecting means to put forward specific implementation methods.
