【摘要】：從專業(yè)救援角度,分析激流水域救援特點,歸納激流水域救援理念,包括安全、專業(yè)、協(xié)作和順序理念,列舉被困人員的搜尋方法,包括拋物救援法、下游攔截法、架設(shè)繩橋法、制作護欄法和空中救援法等。從加強個人防護、保持通信暢通、制定救援方案等方面提出激流水域救援的注意事項,以期進一步規(guī)范激流水域救援的組織實施和日常訓(xùn)練,提高救援效率,減少人員財產(chǎn)損失。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of professional rescue, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the rescue of the rapids, sums up the concepts of rescue in the rapids, including safety, specialty, cooperation and sequence, and enumerates the search methods of the trapped persons, including parabolic rescue, downstream interception, etc. Erecting rope bridge method, making guardrail method and air rescue method and so on. From the aspects of strengthening personal protection, keeping communication open, formulating rescue plans, etc., this paper puts forward the matters needing attention in the rescue of the rapids, with a view to further standardizing the organization, implementation and daily training of the rescue in the rapids, so as to improve the rescue efficiency. Reduce the loss of personnel and property.
