【摘要】： 在和平時(shí)期,警察是一個(gè)危險(xiǎn)性大、突發(fā)性強(qiáng)的壓力密集型職業(yè),職業(yè)的特殊性導(dǎo)致過(guò)度壓力直接損害了警察的身心健康,嚴(yán)重影響了警察潛能的發(fā)揮,從而大大降低了警察隊(duì)伍的戰(zhàn)斗力。人民警察的壓力問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為影響警察工作和隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的熱點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本文以濟(jì)南市刑事警察為研究對(duì)象,抽取部分刑警開展調(diào)查研究,對(duì)刑事警察職業(yè)壓力結(jié)構(gòu)、現(xiàn)狀、成因、危害及對(duì)策進(jìn)行了初步的分析和思考,以求豐富刑事警察職業(yè)壓力研究?jī)?nèi)容,為維護(hù)和促進(jìn)刑事警察個(gè)體身心健康,減輕刑事警察職業(yè)壓力,提高整個(gè)警察隊(duì)伍的戰(zhàn)斗力提供參考依據(jù)。 本文對(duì)濟(jì)南市104名在職刑事警察進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,采用SPSSV13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。經(jīng)調(diào)查得出結(jié)論:濟(jì)南市刑事警察在工作本身方面(工作負(fù)荷大、安全威脅多、工作資源保障不足)、組織管理方面(組織體制不健全、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格有待改進(jìn)、人際關(guān)系比較健康)、社會(huì)支持方面(福利待遇低下、法律法規(guī)不健全、公共關(guān)系經(jīng)營(yíng)不善)、應(yīng)對(duì)方式方面(較為健康)及其他方面(健康隱患大、家庭矛盾多)存在一定的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),本文提出七條應(yīng)對(duì)措施:1、切實(shí)落實(shí)從優(yōu)待警政策;2、積極進(jìn)行心理壓力管理;3、經(jīng)營(yíng)和睦家庭氛圍;4、增強(qiáng)專業(yè)培訓(xùn);5、完善法律法規(guī)樹立警察權(quán)威,切實(shí)保護(hù)刑事警察權(quán)益;6、建立獨(dú)立的警察組織機(jī)構(gòu)和職務(wù)序列;7、注重刑事警察公共關(guān)系建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In peacetime, the police is a dangerous, sudden and intense stress-intensive occupation. The particularity of the profession leads to excessive pressure, which directly damages the physical and mental health of the police, and seriously affects the development of the potential of the police. This greatly reduced the combat effectiveness of the police force. The pressure of people's police has become a hot and difficult problem affecting police work and team building. This paper takes the criminal police in Jinan as the research object, extracts part of the criminal police to carry out investigation and research, and makes a preliminary analysis and reflection on the structure, current situation, causes, harm and countermeasures of the criminal police's occupational pressure. In order to enrich the research content of the criminal police professional pressure, it can provide reference for maintaining and promoting the individual physical and mental health of the criminal police, reducing the criminal police professional pressure and improving the fighting ability of the whole police force. In this paper, 104 criminal police officers in Jinan were investigated, and the data of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSSV13.0 software. The investigation has concluded that the criminal police in Jinan City have a large workload, many security threats and inadequate work resources, and organizations and management (the organizational system is not perfect, and the leadership style needs to be improved. Social support (low welfare, inadequate laws and regulations, poor management of public relations), coping styles (healthier) and other aspects (health risks), There are some problems in family conflicts. In view of these problems, combined with successful experience at home and abroad, This paper puts forward seven countermeasures: 1, implementing the preferential treatment policy, actively managing psychological stress, managing a harmonious family atmosphere, strengthening professional training, and perfecting laws and regulations to establish the authority of the police. To protect the rights and interests of criminal police in earnest, to establish an independent police organization and post sequence and to lay stress on the construction of public relations for criminal police.
