【摘要】：目的:評價死后細菌學(xué)檢測在死因鑒定中的作用。方法:取健康SD大鼠30只,10只采用頸椎脫臼法處死納入A組,10只制作缺氧缺血模型20min確認死亡納入B組,10只注射金黃色葡萄球菌納入C組,不給于治療,待死亡,分別在死后3、6、9日,取后肢深部肌肉,采用化學(xué)發(fā)光法檢測ATP水平,另取30只SD大鼠,同法處死,分別在死后第1-10日,采樣取后肢深部肌肉、肝臟、脾臟、腎臟組織,進行細菌學(xué)培養(yǎng)鏡檢。結(jié)果:以ATP濃度對數(shù)值作為橫坐標,以相對發(fā)光單位的對數(shù)值作為橫坐標,呈一元線性方程Y=0.815X+9.015,R2=0.998,P0.01;A組、B組、C組死后第3日、6日、9日ATP組間與組內(nèi)比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);普通培養(yǎng)、厭氧培養(yǎng),A組、B組、C組肌肉、肝臟、脾臟、腎臟細菌培養(yǎng)陽性出現(xiàn)時間、優(yōu)勢菌類型差存在差異。結(jié)論:死后細菌學(xué)檢測可用于死因鑒定中,ATP、細菌培養(yǎng)與鑒定等都可作為死因判斷依據(jù),但檢測結(jié)果受觀察時間等因素影響,同時是否適用于野外大型動物死亡尚無明確定論。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the role of postmortem bacteriological examination in the identification of causes of death. Methods: 30 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were killed by cervical dislocated method and 10 rats were killed in group A to make hypoxic-ischemic model 20min confirmed that 10 staphylococcus aureus were injected into group B to be included in group C, without treatment, pending death. The deep muscles of the hind limbs were taken from the deep muscles of the hind limbs and the levels of ATP were detected by chemiluminescence method. The other 30 SD rats were killed by the same method. The deep muscles, liver, spleen and kidney of the hind limbs were sampled on the 1-10 days after death. Microscopical examination of bacteriological culture was carried out. Results: the logarithm of ATP concentration was taken as the horizontal coordinate, and the logarithmic value of the relative luminous unit was taken as the transverse coordinate. There were significant differences between group C and group C on the 3rd, 6th and 9th day after death in group B (P 0.05), but in normal culture, anaerobic culture in group A, group C, muscle, liver, spleen in group C, while in group A, there was no significant difference between group B and group C (P 0.05), while in normal culture, anaerobic culture showed a significant difference between group A and group C (P < 0.05), while in group A, there were significant differences in muscle, liver and spleen between group A and group B (P 0.05). The time of positive culture of kidney bacteria was different, and the type of dominant bacteria was different. Conclusion: the postmortem bacteriological examination can be used in the identification of the cause of death, bacteria culture and identification can be used as the basis for the cause of death, but the results are affected by the observation time, and whether it is applicable to the death of large animals in the field is not clear.
