【摘要】：介紹了我國(guó)目前消防部隊(duì)的組成現(xiàn)狀,提出了以城市類別建立不同基準(zhǔn)值,以萬(wàn)人擁有消防人員數(shù)量為指標(biāo),建立城市萬(wàn)人擁有消防人員指數(shù),用以對(duì)比全國(guó)各城市消防部隊(duì)人員的發(fā)展情況。該指數(shù)的建立有助于完善我國(guó)消防隊(duì)伍體系建設(shè),以增強(qiáng)城市消防應(yīng)急能力。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the present situation of the composition of the fire fighting troops in our country, and puts forward the establishment of the index of the number of firefighters owned by ten thousand people based on the different datum values of the city category and the number of firefighters owned by the ten thousand people as the index. Used to compare the development of fire troops in cities across the country. The establishment of the index is helpful to improve the construction of fire protection team system in China and to enhance the ability of urban fire emergency response.
