安全發(fā)展:全面建成小康社會的根本保障

【摘要】：全面建成小康社會是實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢的重要里程碑。全面建成小康社會的關(guān)鍵在發(fā)展。而安全發(fā)展,無疑是貫穿全面建成小康社會全過程的一條主線,它是全面建成小康社會的應(yīng)有之義和根本保障。當前我國安全發(fā)展面臨一系列嚴峻挑戰(zhàn),整體態(tài)勢不容樂觀,需要在總體國家安全觀指導(dǎo)下,從思想先導(dǎo)、風(fēng)險治理、體系搭建、法治保障、輿論引導(dǎo)和社會協(xié)同等方面扎實推進我國安全發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Building a well-off society in an all-round way is an important milestone in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream. The key to building a well-off society in an all-round way lies in development. The safe development is undoubtedly a main line running through the whole process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and it is the proper meaning and fundamental guarantee of building a well-off society in an all-round way. At present, China's security development is facing a series of severe challenges, and the overall situation is not optimistic. Under the guidance of the overall national security concept, we need to take the lead in thinking, manage risks, build systems, and guarantee the rule of law. Public opinion guidance and social coordination and other aspects of solid efforts to promote China's security development.
