非水毛細管電泳法區(qū)分藍色圓珠筆油墨的研究

【摘要】:建立了一種基于非水毛細管電泳法區(qū)分藍色圓珠筆油墨的方法。確定了筆跡中堿性染料(結晶紫、甲基紫、堿性品藍、羅丹明6G、堿性艷藍B和堿性艷藍BO)的分離條件:緩沖溶液為1.00mmol/L醋酸-100mmol/L醋酸銨的甲醇-水(體積比90:10)體系,分離電壓和溫度分別為25kV和25℃,檢測波長為214nm。通過該方法分析了96支藍色圓珠筆中的油墨,并依據(jù)油墨中所含的染料種類對圓珠筆進行分類,同一類筆又通過聚類分析計量學方法再次進行區(qū)分。該法重復性好,結果準確可靠,為圓珠筆字跡鑒定提供了一種科學的方法。
