【摘要】：隨著粵港兩地24小時的通關(guān),內(nèi)地娛樂場所相對低價(jià)的消費(fèi),毒品相對便宜的價(jià)格,吸引著眾多的香港青少年跨境到廣東珠三角地區(qū)的娛樂場所吸毒。分析香港跨境吸毒青少年的人員特征,有利于制定更加具有針對性的查處措施。在已有合作基礎(chǔ)之上,粵港兩地應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)查處側(cè)重點(diǎn)的不同,采取切實(shí)可行的舉措,積極推進(jìn)區(qū)際合作,共同遏制港青少年"北上"吸毒。
[Abstract]:With the 24-hour customs clearance between Guangdong and Hong Kong, the relatively low consumption of entertainment places in the mainland and the relatively cheap price of drugs have attracted many Hong Kong teenagers to cross the border to take drugs to entertainment places in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province. Analyzing the personnel characteristics of cross-border drug addicts in Hong Kong is helpful to formulate more targeted investigation and punishment measures. On the basis of existing cooperation, Guangdong and Hong Kong should take practical measures to actively promote inter-regional cooperation in accordance with the differences in the focus of investigation and punishment, so as to jointly curb the "northward" drug abuse by young people in Hong Kong.
