【摘要】： 從來沒有一個(gè)群體能像當(dāng)今的進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員那樣,以他們獨(dú)特的群體性吸引著社會的關(guān)注。他們的流動已經(jīng)成為社會關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。在現(xiàn)代社會中,人們就業(yè)時(shí)都會考慮到自己進(jìn)入的那個(gè)行業(yè)會給自己帶來什么改變。對于保安來說,他們從事的職業(yè)沒有工作技能積累,也沒有職位的升遷,工資和職業(yè)聲望也沒有增加。經(jīng)濟(jì)理性等角度解釋不了為什么他們選擇這個(gè)職業(yè)。這個(gè)選擇背后肯定有特殊的原因。這就是本文想要探討的基本內(nèi)容。筆者調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高校保安是想通過保安這個(gè)職業(yè)中獲取新的社會資本,比如學(xué)歷提高,對在高校工作環(huán)境的滿足。這是他們選擇這個(gè)職業(yè)的原因。本文以社會資本為研究視角,從職業(yè)與社會資本的角度分析,探討了保安人員在工作中獲取新的資本,根據(jù)資本的獲得情況進(jìn)行下一步的社會流動。 第1章與第2章為緒論部分。這兩章內(nèi)容說明了本文研究問題的提出、理論界關(guān)于社會資本與社會流動研究的進(jìn)展以及本課題的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法。筆者通過個(gè)案訪談的形式,對高校保安進(jìn)行研究。第3章:高校保安的現(xiàn)狀。本章介紹了保安人員的年齡、性別、婚姻、學(xué)歷等基本情況。第4章:保安的資本獲取分析。本章介紹了保安人員在其工作崗位上獲取的新的資本。筆者認(rèn)為,保安人員在其職業(yè)中獲取的資本主要有三種:舒適的工作環(huán)境、保安職業(yè)的符號意義、學(xué)歷的提高。學(xué)歷的提高對他們的社會流動影響最大。第5章:資本對保安人員流動的影響。本章主要分析了保安在資本獲取的情況下,他們今后的社會流動呈現(xiàn)三種流動模式:原地踏步模式、向上流動模式、過渡性流動模式。 最后,綜合這幾方面的影響,筆者從城市的就業(yè)政策以及社會理性兩方面對進(jìn)程務(wù)工人員的社會流動提出建議。
[Abstract]:Never has a group been able to attract the attention of society with its unique group of migrant workers. Their mobility has become the focus of social attention. In modern society, people always take into account what the industry they enter will change for themselves. For security guards, there is no job skill accumulation, no promotion, no increase in salary and professional prestige. Economic rationality and other angles do not explain why they choose this profession. There must be a special reason behind this choice. This is the basic content of this article. The author investigates and finds that university security guards want to obtain new social capital through the profession of security, such as the improvement of academic qualifications and the satisfaction of the working environment in colleges and universities. That's why they chose the profession. From the perspective of social capital and from the angle of professional and social capital, this paper discusses the social mobility of security personnel in the future according to the situation of obtaining capital. The first and second chapters are the introduction. These two chapters illustrate the issues raised in this paper, the progress of the theoretical research on social capital and social mobility, as well as the research contents and methods of this subject. The author carries on the research to the university security through the form of the case interview. Chapter 3: the current situation of college security. This chapter introduces the age, sex, marriage, educational background of security personnel. Chapter 4: capital acquisition analysis of security. This chapter introduces the new capital acquired by security personnel in their positions. The author believes that there are three kinds of capital acquired by security personnel in their profession: comfortable working environment, symbolic meaning of security profession, and the improvement of educational background. The improvement of academic qualifications has the greatest impact on their social mobility. Chapter 5: the influence of capital on the flow of security personnel. In this chapter, the author mainly analyzes three kinds of social mobility patterns of security guards in the case of capital acquisition: standing still mode, upward flow mode and transitional flow mode. Finally, synthesizing the influence of these aspects, the author puts forward some suggestions on the social mobility of migrant workers from the two aspects of urban employment policy and social rationality.
