【摘要】：公眾安全感是人們對(duì)目前社會(huì)治安客觀狀況的整體性主觀感受,是評(píng)價(jià)衡量社會(huì)治安狀況的重要指標(biāo)。20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),公眾安全感這一主觀指標(biāo)逐步為我國(guó)所接受和采用,取得了一些相關(guān)研究成果。然而,當(dāng)前公眾安全感研究尚處于探索階段,實(shí)證研究仍比較匱乏,同時(shí),一些公眾安全感研究由于研究目的不同、對(duì)公眾安全感及其影響因素的概念理解、指標(biāo)設(shè)置存在差異,出現(xiàn)眾說(shuō)紛紜,研究結(jié)論差異較大的情況。因此,理清公眾安全感概念及其與公眾安全感影響因素的關(guān)系具有重要的理論價(jià)值。而通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,了解沈陽(yáng)市內(nèi)五區(qū)居民公眾安全感現(xiàn)狀,從而有針對(duì)性地開(kāi)展提高社會(huì)治安水平的措施也具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本研究以實(shí)證分析為主,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和文獻(xiàn)整理的方法,采用SPSS軟件對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析處理,從而明確沈陽(yáng)市市內(nèi)五區(qū)居民的公眾安全感的現(xiàn)狀,并分析出公眾安全感影響因素、反映安全感的行為、幸福感與公眾安全感的關(guān)系,最后為政府和公安部門(mén)提出可行性建議。文章主要分三部分：第一部分是理論探討部分,系統(tǒng)介紹了研究背景、研究目的和研究現(xiàn)狀；第二部分是實(shí)證部分,詳細(xì)闡述了研究模型、研究假設(shè)、問(wèn)卷設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)分析方法及實(shí)施過(guò)程,并對(duì)研究結(jié)果作了詳細(xì)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析；第三部分是研究應(yīng)用部分,提出針對(duì)研究結(jié)果的應(yīng)用措施,對(duì)政府、公安部門(mén)提升公眾安全感提出對(duì)策建議。 研究表明,人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特征、犯罪信息來(lái)源、受到不法侵害反應(yīng)、警務(wù)工作評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)公眾安全感具有重要影響。在治安評(píng)價(jià)中,公共場(chǎng)所治安評(píng)價(jià)最影響公眾安全感,而對(duì)于居住區(qū)治安評(píng)價(jià),居住區(qū)防范措施影響程度最大。因此,應(yīng)當(dāng)針對(duì)重點(diǎn)人群采取對(duì)應(yīng)措施、規(guī)范媒體傳播作用、加強(qiáng)公共場(chǎng)所和居住區(qū)管理、加強(qiáng)普及法制教育和防范知識(shí)、加強(qiáng)警務(wù)工作,以提升公眾安全感。
[Abstract]:The sense of public security is the overall subjective feeling of people to the objective state of social security at present. It is an important index to evaluate and measure the state of social security. Since the 1980s, the subjective index of public security has been gradually accepted and adopted by our country. Some related research results have been obtained. However, the current research on public security is still in the exploratory stage, and the empirical research is still scarce. At the same time, some researches on public security have different purposes, so they understand the concept of public security and its influencing factors. There are differences in the setting of indicators, there are different opinions, and the research conclusions are quite different. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value to clarify the concept of public security and its relationship with the influencing factors of public security. Through the empirical study, it is also of great practical significance to understand the present situation of the public security of the residents in the five districts of Shenyang, and to carry out targeted measures to improve the level of public security. This study is mainly based on empirical analysis, using the method of questionnaire survey and literature collation, using SPSS software to analyze the results of the investigation, so as to clarify the public security situation of the residents in five districts of Shenyang. It also analyzes the influencing factors of public security, reflects the behavior of security, the relationship between happiness and public security, and finally puts forward some feasible suggestions for the government and public security department. The article is divided into three parts: the first part is the theoretical discussion part, systematically introduces the research background, the research purpose and the research present situation; the second part is the empirical part, elaborated the research model, the research hypothesis, the questionnaire design, The data analysis method and implementation process, and the detailed statistical analysis of the research results; the third part is the research application part, put forward the application measures for the research results, the government and public security departments to improve the public security put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The research shows that demographic characteristics, criminal information sources, the response to illegal violations, police work evaluation have an important impact on the public security. In the public security evaluation, the public security evaluation has the most impact on the public security, but for the residential security evaluation, the residential area preventive measures have the greatest impact. Therefore, we should take corresponding measures to the key people, standardize the role of media communication, strengthen the management of public places and residential areas, strengthen the popularization of legal education and preventive knowledge, strengthen the work of police, so as to enhance the public security.
