【摘要】：通過調(diào)查問卷,可以了解社會民眾對警務公開的滿意度。調(diào)查所得數(shù)據(jù)表明,社會公眾對警務公開的實施情況滿意度不高。針對調(diào)查結(jié)果所顯示的民眾對警務公開的滿意度,建議:一是加大警務公開宣傳的廣度和力度,加強民眾對警務公開的了解;二是加大警務公開理論研究,鮮明倡導警務公開是還權(quán)于民;三是建立健全民眾警務知情權(quán)法律法規(guī)體系,使民眾警務知情權(quán)保障有理有據(jù)有力;四是明確、規(guī)范警務公開主體,使民眾維護警務知情權(quán)訴求有門;五是擴充警務公開的內(nèi)容,使民眾警務知情權(quán)保障充分;六是強化和完善警務公開的程序,使形式正義更好保障實質(zhì)正義,使民眾警務知情權(quán)保障更好落到實處。
[Abstract]:Through the questionnaire, we can understand the satisfaction of the public to the public policing. The survey data show that the public is not satisfied with the implementation of police publicity. In view of the satisfaction of the public with the police openness, the following suggestions are proposed: first, to increase the scope and intensity of the publicity of the police, and to strengthen the public's understanding of the police openness; and second, to increase the theoretical research on the policing openness. It is clear that the publicity of police affairs is to return the rights to the people; third, to establish and improve the legal and regulatory system of the people's right to know of the police affairs, so that the protection of the right to know of the people's policing affairs is reasonable and effective; To enable the public to safeguard the right to know of police affairs has a door; fifthly, to expand the content of the police service to make the right to know of the police affairs to be fully protected; sixth, to strengthen and improve the procedures for the disclosure of police affairs, so that formal justice can better guarantee the substantive justice. So that the public policing right to know better implementation.
