【摘要】: 目的 本研究旨在探討中國恒乳牙交替完全人群的數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片所顯影的上頜牙影像特征,為建立健全牙齒個(gè)體識(shí)別技術(shù)及適應(yīng)實(shí)際法醫(yī)工作中個(gè)體識(shí)別工作的需要,尤其是為了能給對(duì)無名尸、碎尸案、白骨化尸體以及大型災(zāi)難性事件中罹難者等進(jìn)行的個(gè)體識(shí)別提供一套邏輯嚴(yán)密、推理嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)幕A(chǔ)理論和一種簡單便捷、迅速有效、成本低廉的個(gè)體識(shí)別方法。本研究的主要目的可歸納如下: 1.確立適用于中國恒乳牙交替完全人群數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片(上頜牙影像)同一認(rèn)定的觀測指標(biāo); 2.觀測各觀測指標(biāo)在中國恒乳牙交替完全人群中的分布概率; 3.觀測各觀測指標(biāo)測量值的變異系數(shù),檢驗(yàn)各觀測指標(biāo)的識(shí)別能力; 4.建立中國恒乳牙交替完全人群的數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片同一認(rèn)定方法。 5.初步建立中國恒乳牙交替完全人群數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片同一認(rèn)定所用各觀測指標(biāo)的測量值原始數(shù)據(jù)、相應(yīng)的分段賦值以及分布概率等的數(shù)據(jù)庫。 6.為法醫(yī)工作人員實(shí)踐中的牙齒個(gè)體識(shí)別工作提供一套邏輯嚴(yán)密、推理嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膫(gè)體識(shí)別理論和一種簡單便捷、迅速有效、成本低廉且相對(duì)可靠的個(gè)體識(shí)別方法。 方法 按照納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選出120例中國恒乳牙交替完全人群的數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片,對(duì)每張數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片所顯影的14顆上頜牙影像進(jìn)行精確測量和分析,每顆牙齒共選取10個(gè)觀測指標(biāo),包括5個(gè)長度性指標(biāo)和5個(gè)角度性指標(biāo)。運(yùn)用efilm Workstation 2.1軟件進(jìn)行測量,Microsoft Office Excel 2003和SPSS 13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)所測得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)處理、統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,藉以考察不同測量人員和不同拍片時(shí)間等影響因素對(duì)測量結(jié)果的影響作用;統(tǒng)計(jì)同源全頜曲面斷層片的匹配概率;運(yùn)用個(gè)人識(shí)別能力公式計(jì)算所有適用觀測指標(biāo)的累計(jì)個(gè)體識(shí)別率。 結(jié)果 1.絕大多數(shù)觀測指標(biāo)的測量值在國人恒乳牙交替完全人群中的分布概率有所不同,最大的可達(dá)99.166 7%,但有些指標(biāo)的測量值在某些分段賦值區(qū)段里的分布概率極小,甚至為0。 2.各觀測指標(biāo)測量值的變異系數(shù)大小不等。觀測指標(biāo)S415的測量值的變異系數(shù)最大,為516.098 8%;觀測指標(biāo)θ216的測量值的變異系數(shù)最小為3.116 73%。 3.綜合不同測量人員和不同拍片時(shí)間兩因素對(duì)觀測指標(biāo)測量值影響作用的統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果,S116等21個(gè)觀測指標(biāo)測量值的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果p0.05,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,不宜用于同一認(rèn)定,予以剔除;其余95個(gè)觀測指標(biāo)測量值的統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,不同測量人員和不同拍片時(shí)間兩因素不會(huì)對(duì)其測量結(jié)果產(chǎn)生顯著影響。 4.兩張同源數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片之間的分段賦值匹配概率:編號(hào)27353(女)的匹配概率最高,為98.947 368 42%;編號(hào)025(男)的匹配概率最低,為89.473 684 21%;都大于89.473 684 21%。非同源數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片之間的分段賦值匹配概率最高者僅為61.052 631 58%,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于89.473 684 21%。 5.95個(gè)觀測指標(biāo)的累計(jì)個(gè)體識(shí)別率可達(dá)到1030-1050數(shù)量級(jí)。 6.在30張數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片中,6張盲測片的盲測同一認(rèn)定率達(dá)100%,效果滿意。 結(jié)論 1.在選取長度性觀測指標(biāo)時(shí),不宜選取測量值較小的指標(biāo)。 2.在中國恒乳牙交替完全人群中,各顆牙齒的各觀測指標(biāo)在各不同分段賦值區(qū)段里的分布概率不盡相同。 3.各觀測指標(biāo)測量值的變異系數(shù)存在一定的差異,個(gè)體識(shí)別能力有所不同。 4.S116等21個(gè)觀測指標(biāo)測量值受不同測量人員和不同拍片時(shí)間等因素影響顯著,統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,不宜用于同一認(rèn)定,予以剔除。其余95個(gè)觀測指標(biāo)受不同測量人員和不同拍片時(shí)間等因素的影響小,重復(fù)測量穩(wěn)定,適宜用作數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片同一認(rèn)定的觀測指標(biāo)。 5.建立了中國恒乳牙交替完全人群數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片(上頜牙影像)的分段賦值匹配概率同一認(rèn)定法和累計(jì)個(gè)體識(shí)別率同一認(rèn)定法。 6.初步建立起了中國恒乳牙交替完全人群的數(shù)字全頜曲面斷層片同一認(rèn)定所用觀測指標(biāo)的測量值原始數(shù)據(jù)、相應(yīng)的分段賦值以及分布概率等的數(shù)據(jù)庫,并為之積累了一定量的數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Purpose



The purpose of this study is to explore the image features of maxillary teeth developed by digital total jaw curved slices in the alternating complete population of Chinese permanent deciduous teeth . To establish and improve the individual identification techniques and to meet the needs of individual identification in practice , especially in order to provide an individual identification method which is simple , convenient , rapid and effective and low in cost .



1 . To establish the same observation index applicable to the same identification of digital whole - jaw curved slices ( maxillary and maxillofacial images ) of the Chinese permanent deciduous teeth alternating complete population ;



2 . observing the distribution probability of each observation index in the alternating complete population of Chinese permanent deciduous teeth ;



3 . observing the coefficient of variation of each observation index measurement value , and testing the identification capacity of each observation index ;



4 . To establish the same identification method of digital whole - jaw surface slices in the alternating complete population of Chinese permanent deciduous teeth .



5 . The data of the original data , the assigned value of each observation index and the probability of the distribution of each observation index used in the same identification of the digital whole - jaw curved slices of the Chinese permanent deciduous teeth are preliminarily established .



6 . To provide an individual identification theory which is simple and convenient , rapid and effective , low in cost and relatively reliable for the individual identification of teeth in the practice of forensic staff .



method



According to the inclusion criteria , 120 cases of digital total gnathic surface slices of Chinese permanent deciduous teeth were screened , and the 14 maxillary teeth images developed by each digital total jaw curved slice were accurately measured and analyzed . The data obtained were processed , counted and analyzed by using efilm Workstation 2.1 software . The matching probabilities of different measuring personnel and different time of filming were investigated . The accumulative individual recognition rate of all applicable observation indexes was calculated by using the personal identification ability formula .



Results



1 . The distribution probability of most observation indexes is different in the alternating complete population of Chinese permanent deciduous teeth , and the maximum value can reach 99.166 7 % , but the distribution probability of some indexes in some segment assignment segments is very small , even zero .



2 . The variation coefficient of the measured values of each observation index is different . The variation coefficient of the measured value of the observation index S415 is the largest , which is 516.98 8 % , and the variation coefficient of the measurement value of the observation index . theta.216 is minimum 3.116 73 % .



3 . The statistical test results of the effect of different measuring personnel and different time factors on the measurement values of the observation indexes , the statistical test results of 21 observation indexes of the 21 observation indexes , and the like , which have statistical significance , are not suitable for the same identification and are eliminated ; and the statistical test results of the remaining 95 observation indexes show that the different measuring personnel and the different beat time factors do not have a significant influence on the measurement results .



4 . The probability of segmentation assignment between two homologous digital whole - jaw curved slices is that the matching probability of the number 27353 ( female ) is the highest , 98.947 368 42 % , the matching probability of the number 025 ( male ) is the lowest , which is 89.47684 21 % ; all is greater than 89.47684 21 % . The highest probability of the segmentation assignment between the non - homologous digital whole - jaw curved slices is only 61.052 631 58 % , which is much less than 89.47684 21 % .



The cumulative individual recognition rate of 5.95 observation indexes can be in the order of 1030 - 1050 .



6 . In 30 digital whole - jaw surface slices , the blind test of six blind patches has the same identification rate as 100 % and the effect is satisfactory .



Conclusion



1 . When selecting the length observation index , it is not suitable to select the index with smaller measurement value .



2 . In the alternating complete population of Chinese permanent deciduous teeth , the distribution probability of each observation index of each tooth is different in different segment assignment segments .



3 . The variation coefficient of the measured values of each observation index is different , and the individual identification ability is different .



4 . The measurement values of 21 observation indexes , such as T 1 , were affected by factors such as the time of different measuring personnel and different filming time , and the statistical test results were not suitable for the same determination and eliminated . The remaining 95 observation indexes were affected by factors such as different measuring personnel and different time of filming , and the repeated measures were stable and suitable as the observation indexes for the same identification of the digital whole - jaw curved slices .



5 . We have established the same identification method and the cumulative individual recognition rate of the segmentation assignment probabilities of the digital full - jaw curved slices ( maxillary and maxillary images ) in China ' s permanent - deciduous teeth alternating complete population .



6 . The data of the original data , the corresponding segment assignment , the probability of distribution and so on are preliminarily established , and a certain amount of data is accumulated .
