X射線熒光光譜法檢驗(yàn)橡膠鞋底的研究

【摘要】:建立一種簡(jiǎn)便快速、靈敏準(zhǔn)確、無損的檢驗(yàn)橡膠鞋底物證的分析方法,為偵查破案提供線索、指明方向,為證實(shí)犯罪提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。利用能量色散型X射線熒光光譜儀,電壓為45 k V,電流為40μA,功率為1.8 k W,樣品量為1.5 cm×1.5 cm,測(cè)試時(shí)間60 s。對(duì)不同品牌、不同種類的40個(gè)橡膠鞋底樣品中的無機(jī)元素進(jìn)行定性和半定量分析,并考查了該方法的重現(xiàn)性。依據(jù)樣品中所含元素的種類及含量的不同,可以對(duì)不同品牌、同一品牌不同種類的橡膠鞋底樣品進(jìn)行區(qū)分。同時(shí),利用SPSS聚類分析-重心法作為類間定義距離,對(duì)橡膠鞋底樣品進(jìn)行分類,樣品的聚類效果很好。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:利用該方法檢驗(yàn)橡膠鞋底樣品簡(jiǎn)便快速、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠、重現(xiàn)性好、無需制樣且無損檢材,可用于公安機(jī)關(guān)實(shí)際辦案。
[Abstract]:To establish a simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and non-destructive analysis method for testing rubber sole material evidence, to provide clues for investigating and solving cases, to point out the direction, and to provide scientific basis for the proof of crime. The energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is used, the voltage is 45 kV, the current is 40 渭 A, the power is 1.8 kW, the sample quantity is 1.5 cm 脳 1.5 cm, the test time is 60 s. Qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of inorganic elements in 40 rubber sole samples of different brands and different types were carried out, and the reproducibility of the method was examined. According to the different types and contents of the elements contained in the samples, different brands and different kinds of rubber sole samples can be distinguished. At the same time, the rubber sole samples were classified by SPSS clustering analysis-barycenter method as the distance between the clusters, and the clustering effect of the samples was very good. The test results show that the method is simple and rapid, accurate and reliable, good reproducibility, no need of sample preparation and nondestructive testing, and can be used in practical cases of public security organs.
