【摘要】：在中國傳統(tǒng)文化中占有重要地位的恥感文化對罪犯教育感化有著深刻的影響。其積極的影響體現(xiàn)在通過培育犯罪人的羞恥之心使其真心悔過、利用來自家庭的壓力促使犯罪人積極改過、借助來自社會輿論的非議迫使犯罪人認(rèn)真悔改這三個(gè)方面;其消極的影響體現(xiàn)在容易給犯罪人打上"標(biāo)簽"從而不利于其回歸社會、對犯罪的憎惡譴責(zé)容易被泛化進(jìn)而流變成為對犯罪人身心的傷害這兩個(gè)方面。今天我們應(yīng)該對傳統(tǒng)恥感文化進(jìn)行加工整合,并通過在監(jiān)獄中大力開展思想道德教育、維護(hù)家庭穩(wěn)定、加強(qiáng)社區(qū)建設(shè)這三方面具體工作使其積極影響落到實(shí)處,從而對當(dāng)前的罪犯教育改造起到促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The shame culture, which plays an important role in Chinese traditional culture, has a profound influence on the education of criminals. Its positive influence is reflected in the following three aspects: cultivating the shame of the criminal to make him truly repent, using the pressure from the family to make the criminal change actively, and forcing the offender to repent seriously with the help of criticism from the public opinion; Its negative effects are reflected in the fact that it is easy to "label" the criminal, which is not conducive to his return to society, and that the abhorrence and condemnation of crime are easy to be generalized and then become the harm to the criminal's body and mind. Today we should process and integrate the traditional sense of shame culture, and vigorously carry out ideological and moral education in prisons, maintain family stability, and strengthen the concrete work of community building so that its positive influence can be put into practice. Thus, the current education and reform of criminals play a role in promoting.
