【摘要】：現(xiàn)代備防經(jīng)濟(jì)是專家提出的新設(shè)想,核心是構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展之盾,適應(yīng)時(shí)代之所需。習(xí)近平總書記提出的"總體安全觀",深刻揭示安全問題的規(guī)律性和基本方略,是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的創(chuàng)新,為進(jìn)一步闡明構(gòu)建"現(xiàn)代備防經(jīng)濟(jì)"提供了指導(dǎo)方針和理論基礎(chǔ)。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)從微觀、中觀、宏觀不同層面和國(guó)內(nèi)外情勢(shì),包括非傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面,分析構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代備防經(jīng)濟(jì)的必然性,揭示客觀經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律,提出系統(tǒng)的設(shè)想和建議,尤其是要倚重科技創(chuàng)新和機(jī)制建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Modern defense economy is a new idea put forward by experts, the core of which is to construct the shield of modern development to meet the needs of the times.The "general security concept" put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, which profoundly reveals the regularity and basic strategy of security issues, is an innovation in the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It provides guidelines and theoretical basis for further elucidation and construction of "modern defense economy".We should analyze the inevitability of constructing modern defensive economy from micro, meso, macroscopic different levels and domestic and international situations, including non-traditional risks, reveal the objective economic laws, and put forward systematic ideas and suggestions.In particular, we must rely on scientific and technological innovation and mechanism building.
