【摘要】：現代備防經濟是專家提出的新設想,核心是構建現代化發(fā)展之盾,適應時代之所需。習近平總書記提出的"總體安全觀",深刻揭示安全問題的規(guī)律性和基本方略,是中國特色社會主義政治經濟學的創(chuàng)新,為進一步闡明構建"現代備防經濟"提供了指導方針和理論基礎。我們應當從微觀、中觀、宏觀不同層面和國內外情勢,包括非傳統風險等方面,分析構建現代備防經濟的必然性,揭示客觀經濟規(guī)律,提出系統的設想和建議,尤其是要倚重科技創(chuàng)新和機制建設。
[Abstract]:Modern defense economy is a new idea put forward by experts, the core of which is to construct the shield of modern development to meet the needs of the times.The "general security concept" put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, which profoundly reveals the regularity and basic strategy of security issues, is an innovation in the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It provides guidelines and theoretical basis for further elucidation and construction of "modern defense economy".We should analyze the inevitability of constructing modern defensive economy from micro, meso, macroscopic different levels and domestic and international situations, including non-traditional risks, reveal the objective economic laws, and put forward systematic ideas and suggestions.In particular, we must rely on scientific and technological innovation and mechanism building.
