【摘要】：反偵查行為是犯罪分子對抗偵查、掩蓋犯罪和逃避打擊的多種手段的綜合體。犯罪分子的反偵查行為是干擾偵查活動順利進行的主要因素之一。通過以445名在押犯罪嫌疑人作為研究反偵查行為的"主體",調查他們在犯罪活動中反偵查行為的總體狀況及采取過的反偵查行為發(fā)現(xiàn),有62.70%的犯罪嫌疑人在犯罪活動中曾有過反偵查行為;犯罪嫌疑人的反偵查行為存在一定程度的案件類型差異;犯罪嫌疑人采取的反偵查行為呈現(xiàn)出"總體分散,相對集中"的特點;部分犯罪嫌疑人所采取的反偵查行為也體現(xiàn)出與信息化等先進的偵查手段"與時俱進"等特點。
[Abstract]:Anti-investigation is a complex of various means for criminals to confront investigation, cover up crime and evade attack.Criminal anti-investigation behavior is one of the main factors that interfere with the smooth progress of investigation activities.By using 445 criminal suspects in custody as the "subject" to study the anti-investigation behavior, it is found that the general situation of the anti-investigation behavior and the anti-investigation behavior taken by them in their criminal activities are investigated.62.70% of the suspects have had anti-investigation behavior in their criminal activities, there are some differences in the types of cases in the criminal suspects' anti-investigation behavior, and the anti-investigation behaviors taken by criminal suspects show "overall dispersion,"The characteristics of relative concentration and the counter-investigation behavior taken by some criminal suspects also reflect the characteristics of advanced investigative techniques such as information technology and keeping pace with the times.
