【摘要】：在我國(guó),公安干警肩負(fù)著維護(hù)國(guó)家政治穩(wěn)定和社會(huì)安定的重任,在保障人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全中發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。隨著改革改革開(kāi)放的不斷深化以及社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)地快速發(fā)展,公安干警的工作量增大,工作難度變強(qiáng),工作性質(zhì)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,對(duì)公安干警提出了新的挑戰(zhàn),公安干警不僅要完成上級(jí)命令的體力工作,更需要具備嚴(yán)明的紀(jì)律、高尚的道德等新思想和新作風(fēng)。但是,由于目前我國(guó)公安干警激勵(lì)機(jī)制不完善,過(guò)多強(qiáng)調(diào)物質(zhì)激勵(lì),而忽視了精神激勵(lì),導(dǎo)致公安干警在面對(duì)復(fù)雜的社會(huì)環(huán)境時(shí),容易造成權(quán)利的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),忘記了自身的使命所在,難以更好的履行職責(zé)。因此,基于使命感的公安干警激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究具有重要理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。全文由五個(gè)部分組成,第一部分為緒論。提出基于使命感的公安干警激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究背景、意義以及本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容等；第二部分是文獻(xiàn)綜述。對(duì)激勵(lì)機(jī)制、公安激勵(lì)機(jī)制、使命感等進(jìn)行綜述,作為本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)；第三部分通過(guò)分析公安干警的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入剖析,從而提出建立基于使命感的公安干警的激勵(lì)機(jī)制的必要性；第四部分從設(shè)計(jì)的目的、原則和內(nèi)容對(duì)基于使命感的干警激勵(lì)機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述；第五部分針對(duì)基于使命感公安干警激勵(lì)機(jī)制中存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。第六部分是對(duì)基于使命感的干警激勵(lì)機(jī)制的總結(jié)。本文在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,得出建立基于使命感的公安干警激勵(lì)機(jī)制對(duì)于完善我國(guó)公安干警的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,調(diào)動(dòng)公安干警的工作積極性具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。但是,基于使命感的公安干警激勵(lì)機(jī)制的建立是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期而又艱巨的問(wèn)題,它需要充分了解公安干警的需求,深入剖析社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀,明確其建立的緊迫性以及必要性,才能更好的發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的激勵(lì)作用。
[Abstract]:In our country, the public security policemen shoulder the important task of maintaining national political stability and social stability, and play a vital role in ensuring the safety of people's life and property.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of socialist market economy construction, the workload of police officers has increased, the difficulty of their work has become stronger, and the nature of their work has become more and more complex, which has posed a new challenge to the police officers.The police should not only complete the physical work ordered by their superiors, but also have strict discipline, noble morality and other new ideas and new style of work.However, due to the imperfect incentive mechanism of our country's police officers, too much emphasis on material incentives, and neglect of spiritual incentives, it is easy for police officers to compete for rights in the face of a complex social environment.Forget their mission, difficult to better perform their duties.Therefore, the research of the police incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission has important theoretical and practical significance.The full text consists of five parts, the first part is the introduction.This paper puts forward the research background, significance and research content of the incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission. The second part is the literature review.This paper summarizes the incentive mechanism, the public security incentive mechanism, the sense of mission and so on, as the theoretical basis of this paper. The third part analyzes the current situation of the police officers.The fourth part expatiates on the design of the incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission from the purpose, principle and content of the design.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions on the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of police officers based on the sense of mission.The sixth part is the summary of the incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission.On the basis of qualitative analysis, this paper draws a conclusion that it is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish the incentive mechanism of the police based on the sense of mission for perfecting the incentive mechanism of the police and arousing the enthusiasm of the police in our country.However, the establishment of incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission is a long-term and arduous problem. It needs to fully understand the needs of police officers, deeply analyze the current social situation, and make clear the urgency and necessity of its establishment.In order to better play the role of incentives.
