【摘要】：制定相對(duì)統(tǒng)一的網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴恐信息篩查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有助于完善暴恐信息舉報(bào)機(jī)制,織密群防群控網(wǎng)絡(luò);提高暴恐信息篩查效率,節(jié)約行政執(zhí)法資源;預(yù)防涉暴涉恐實(shí)行犯罪,減少犯罪違法黑數(shù);明確反恐刑法相關(guān)定義,增強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)反恐效能;貫徹依法治網(wǎng)基本原則,維護(hù)網(wǎng)民信息權(quán)利;總結(jié)網(wǎng)絡(luò)反恐中國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn),爭(zhēng)取國(guó)際反恐話語(yǔ)�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)違法和不良信息舉報(bào)中心可以采用該《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,各大網(wǎng)站可以參考并制定自身的篩查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The establishment of a relatively uniform standard for screening information of violence and fear on the Internet will help to improve the reporting mechanism of information on violence and terrorism, to weave the network of prevention and control by secret groups, to improve the efficiency of screening information of violence and fear, to save resources for administrative law enforcement, and to prevent the occurrence of crimes involving violence and terrorism.To reduce the number of crimes against the law; to clear the definition of anti-terrorism criminal law, enhance the effectiveness of network counter-terrorism; to implement the basic principles of administering the network according to law, to safeguard the information rights of Internet users; to sum up the experience of China in network anti-terrorism; to strive for the international anti-terrorist discourse.Internet illegal and bad information reporting center can use this standard, each website can refer to and develop their own screening standards.
