【摘要】：諾蘭模型將信息化應(yīng)用劃分為引入期、漫延期、控制期和集成期、數(shù)據(jù)管理期和成熟期六個(gè)階段。公安信息化是一個(gè)利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)警務(wù)的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程,起步于20世紀(jì)80年代,目前正處于控制、集成、數(shù)據(jù)管理三階段參差發(fā)展時(shí)期。公安信息化發(fā)展"轉(zhuǎn)段"對(duì)策有:縱向上縮小或消除階段隔閡,整體提高全國(guó)公安信息化發(fā)展水平;橫向上消除信息壁壘,實(shí)現(xiàn)不同業(yè)務(wù)信息跨部門(mén)、跨地區(qū)共享;加強(qiáng)對(duì)信息技術(shù)的引進(jìn)、學(xué)習(xí),加快公安信息化"轉(zhuǎn)段"步伐。
[Abstract]:Nolan model divides the information application into six stages: introduction period, extended period, control period and integration period, data management stage and mature stage.The information of public security is a dynamic process of reforming the traditional police affairs by using modern information technology. It started in the 1980s and is now in the staggered development period of control, integration and data management.The countermeasures of "turning stage" in the development of information of public security are as follows: narrowing or eliminating the gap of stage vertically, improving the level of information development in the whole country, eliminating information barriers horizontally, realizing the cross-departmental and cross-regional sharing of different business information;Strengthen the introduction of information technology, study, and speed up the pace of information security information.
