【摘要】：法醫(yī)DNA快速檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)是目前研究的熱點(diǎn),主要應(yīng)用于個(gè)體識(shí)別和親子鑒定領(lǐng)域。該文分別從快速提取,快速擴(kuò)增,快速設(shè)備,微流控芯片,全自動(dòng)DNA分型檢測(cè)設(shè)備方面對(duì)現(xiàn)有DNA快速檢驗(yàn)的技術(shù)方法,實(shí)驗(yàn)原理進(jìn)行充分說明和舉例論證,同時(shí)對(duì)該行業(yè)在快速檢驗(yàn)方法的選擇問題上提出明確的建議——采用強(qiáng)抑制力的緩沖體系,高效酶并結(jié)合快速擴(kuò)增程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)快速PCR檢測(cè)技術(shù),同時(shí)提出芯片化DNA檢測(cè)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,指出國產(chǎn)的便攜式全自動(dòng)快速檢測(cè)儀器是未來發(fā)展的主要方向。
[Abstract]:Forensic DNA rapid test is a hot research topic, which is mainly used in the field of individual identification and paternity testing.From the aspects of rapid extraction, rapid amplification, rapid equipment, microfluidic chip, automatic DNA typing and testing equipment, this paper gives a full explanation and demonstration of the experimental principle of the existing DNA rapid inspection.At the same time, the paper puts forward some clear suggestions on the selection of rapid test methods in this industry-using a strong inhibitory buffer system, efficient enzyme and rapid amplification program to realize the rapid PCR detection technology.At the same time, the realization mode of chip DNA detection is put forward, and it is pointed out that the domestic portable automatic and fast detection instrument is the main direction of development in the future.
