【摘要】：無業(yè)青少年與其他就業(yè)狀態(tài)的青少年相比,在犯罪方面有其特殊性,按照中介因子震動效應(yīng)的觀點(diǎn),無業(yè)青少年犯罪是青少年無業(yè)的這種社會狀態(tài)在該群體的內(nèi)在犯罪易感質(zhì)與相應(yīng)的社會環(huán)境的互動中發(fā)生震動的消極效應(yīng)的體現(xiàn)。因此,預(yù)防無業(yè)青少年犯罪的核心就是減少和避免在這種震動中出現(xiàn)青少年趨近犯罪的效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Compared with those in other employment situations, unemployed teenagers have their own particularities in crime, according to the viewpoint of the shock effect of intermediary factors. Juvenile delinquency without employment is the embodiment of the negative effect of the social state of unemployed teenagers which vibrates in the interaction between the susceptibility of crime and the corresponding social environment. The core of the prevention of juvenile delinquency is to reduce and avoid the effect of juvenile delinquency.
