【摘要】：目的:研究顱骨表面11對骨性標(biāo)志點(diǎn),確定各標(biāo)志點(diǎn)在顱骨表面的位置以及分析各標(biāo)志點(diǎn)的對稱性。方法:標(biāo)記漢族成人完整顱骨(男性80枚,女性20枚)表面11對(共22個(gè))骨性標(biāo)志點(diǎn),用顱像重合儀采集其圖像并導(dǎo)入Adobe Photoshop cs6軟件,測量各標(biāo)志點(diǎn)到鼻根點(diǎn)的距離、各標(biāo)志點(diǎn)和鼻根點(diǎn)的連線與面中線所成的夾角,根據(jù)所測的距離和夾角分析各標(biāo)志點(diǎn)的對稱性。結(jié)果:獲得了男、女顱骨各標(biāo)志點(diǎn)至鼻根點(diǎn)距離的測量數(shù)據(jù),各標(biāo)志點(diǎn)和鼻根點(diǎn)的連線與面中線所成夾角的測量數(shù)據(jù)。對于男性顱骨,眶上孔點(diǎn)、眶額顴點(diǎn)、眶外結(jié)節(jié)點(diǎn)、頦孔點(diǎn)和下頜角點(diǎn)的對稱性較好;對于女性顱骨,眶上孔點(diǎn)、眶外結(jié)節(jié)點(diǎn)、眶下孔點(diǎn)和下頜角點(diǎn)的對稱性較好;顳額顴點(diǎn)、眶外結(jié)節(jié)點(diǎn)和眶下孔點(diǎn)在男性和女性顱骨表面的位置較為固定;眼眶周圍骨性標(biāo)志點(diǎn)(眶外緣點(diǎn)和眶下點(diǎn)除外)的對稱性相對顱骨其他部位要好。結(jié)論:研究結(jié)果可以用于確定各標(biāo)志點(diǎn)在顱骨表面的位置,是對殘碎不全顱骨進(jìn)行修復(fù)的矯正指標(biāo),可以用于殘碎不全顱骨的顱像重合。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study 11 pairs of bone markers on the surface of skull, determine the location of each marker on the surface of skull and analyze the symmetry of each marker. There were 11 pairs (22 pairs) of bone markers on the surface of 20 females. The images were collected by cranial image reclosure and imported into Adobe Photoshop cs6 software to measure the distance from each marker point to the nasal root point, and the angle between the line between each marker point and the nasal root point and the midplane line. The symmetry of the mark points was analyzed according to the measured distance and angle. Results: the distance between the mark points and the nasal root points of the male and female skulls was obtained. Measurements of the angle between the line of the mark point and the nasal root point and the midface line. For the male skull, supraorbital foramen point, orbital frontozygomatic point, external orbital nodule point, mental foramen point and mandibular angle point, the symmetry is better; for female skull, supraorbital foramen point, supraorbital foramen point, The symmetry of the extraorbital nodule, the suborbital foramen and the mandibular angle is better, the position of the temporomaticozygomatic point, the extraorbital tuberculous point and the suborbital foramen is fixed on the surface of the male and female cranial bone. The symmetry of the periorbital bone markers (except the outer orbital and suborbital points) is better than the rest of the skull. Conclusion: the results of the study can be used to determine the location of the markers on the surface of the skull. It is a correction index of incomplete skull, and can be used for skull image superposition of incomplete skull.
