【摘要】：全國第五屆治安學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)確定的研究主題是治安管理社會(huì)參與機(jī)制、社會(huì)建設(shè)與治安管理、警務(wù)發(fā)展與規(guī)劃、治安學(xué)比較研究。四個(gè)方面的主題既有較廣的業(yè)務(wù)覆蓋范圍,又為學(xué)術(shù)研究提供了較大的空間;既結(jié)合了黨的十七大和全國治安管理工作會(huì)議的有關(guān)精神,也考慮到學(xué)科專業(yè)建設(shè)過程中長期存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),具有廣闊的以經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展為背景的公安工作的時(shí)代特色。治安系主任論壇的主題是公安教育體制改革與治安學(xué)專業(yè)教學(xué)。治安學(xué)專業(yè)的教學(xué)要主動(dòng)適應(yīng)公安教育體制改革的需要。教學(xué)組織要圍繞實(shí)戰(zhàn)部門的需要,培養(yǎng)的對象要使實(shí)際工作部門滿意;既要遵循高等教育的規(guī)律,也要遵循公安工作的改革思路。
[Abstract]:The research theme of the Fifth National Symposium on Public Security is the mechanism of social participation in public security management, social construction and public security management, police development and planning, and comparative study of public security.The four themes not only have a broad scope of business coverage, but also provide greater space for academic research. They not only combine the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the CPC and the National Conference on Public Security Administration,It also takes into account the long-standing weak links in the course of discipline and specialty construction, and has the characteristics of the broad era of public security work with the background of economic and social development.The theme of the forum is the reform of public security education system and the teaching of public security specialty.The teaching of the major of public security should actively meet the needs of the reform of the public security education system.The teaching organization should revolve around the needs of the actual combat department, and the training object should be satisfied with the actual work department, not only follow the law of higher education, but also follow the reform train of thought of the public security work.
