云南漢族家系Y-STR基因座突變率研究

【摘要】:目的研究Y-filer試劑盒中DYS19等基因座在云南省漢族家系樣本中的突變率。方法應(yīng)用Y-filer試劑盒中的DYS456等16個(gè)Y-STR基因座對(duì)云南省30個(gè)漢族家系爺/孫、叔/侄和兄弟/堂兄弟親權(quán)關(guān)系的106份樣本進(jìn)行基因分型檢測(cè),對(duì)DYS19等基因座分型與家系其他成員不同的樣本分別進(jìn)行了單位點(diǎn)的測(cè)序。結(jié)果6個(gè)(周姓、徐姓、王姓、袁姓、許姓、李姓)不同父系姓氏7例樣本的10個(gè)Y-STR基因座發(fā)生突變,分別是DYS19、DYS385各2例,DYS389I、DYS389Ⅱ、DYS390、DYS458、DYS393、DYS635各1例,總突變率為5.549‰;王姓、袁姓、許姓家系中各有1例樣本分別在2個(gè)Y-STR基因座上發(fā)生了突變。結(jié)論男性家系中隨機(jī)樣本Y-STR基因座的突變率高于父子對(duì)樣本;用Y-STR基因座進(jìn)行父系親權(quán)鑒定和男性嫌疑人的家系排查時(shí),既使有2個(gè)Y-STR基因座分型不同時(shí)也不要輕易排除其來(lái)源于同一父系家系。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the mutation rate of DYS19 isogene loci in Y-filer kit in Yunnan Han families. Methods 16 Y-STR loci of DYS456 in Y-filer kit were applied to 30 Han families in Yunnan province. Ten six samples of paternity relationship between uncle / nephew and brother / cousin were genotyped and sequenced for different samples of DYS19 and other family members.
