【摘要】：在經濟發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化快速推進的時代背景下,流動人口作為生產要素資源,應該在不同區(qū)域和不同行業(yè)之間進行有效流動。因此,政府在制定流動人口管理規(guī)定時,應當以利益調整和分配的方式,合理引導流動人口發(fā)揮最大的經濟效益和社會效益。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid economic development and urbanization, the floating population, as a factor of production, should be effectively mobile among different regions and industries. Therefore, when the government formulates the management of floating population, The floating population should be guided to bring the maximum economic and social benefits into full play by adjusting and distributing the benefits.
