【摘要】： 警察職業(yè)道德是警察在警務(wù)工作中必須遵守的行為準(zhǔn)則,它是警察正確履行職責(zé)、密切警民關(guān)系、樹立良好社會形象的必要保證。警察職業(yè)的特殊性決定了警察在從事職業(yè)活動過程中,必須要無條件地遵守制約其行為的職業(yè)道德規(guī)范,這不僅能建設(shè)一支忠誠可靠、紀(jì)律嚴(yán)明、訓(xùn)練有素、作風(fēng)過硬的警察隊伍,也能使這支隊伍取得民眾的信任,更是社會對警察的期待。在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)下,我國人民警察職業(yè)道德受到了極大的沖擊和考驗(yàn)。因此,加強(qiáng)人民警察職業(yè)道德建設(shè)、強(qiáng)化人民警察職業(yè)道德教育、促進(jìn)人民警察職業(yè)道德自律、建立人民警察職業(yè)道德監(jiān)督懲戒機(jī)制,是解決人民警察職業(yè)道德存在問題的重要途徑。 本文將試圖概述人民警察職業(yè)及其職業(yè)特征,論述我國人民警察的職業(yè)道德;分析當(dāng)前我國人民警察職業(yè)道德現(xiàn)狀;研究解決人民警察隊伍存在的道德問題的辦法和途徑。其目的是有利于人民警察素質(zhì)的提高,促進(jìn)人民警察職業(yè)道德建設(shè)。
