【摘要】：青少年是一個國家的未來和希望,所以青少年的發(fā)展以及青少年各方面的問題都受到了各個國家的廣泛關(guān)注。青少年正處于身心快速發(fā)展的特殊時期,極易受到外界事物的影響。近年來,隨著國家經(jīng)濟和社會的高速發(fā)展,我國青少年犯罪的問題日趨嚴(yán)重,因此,對犯罪青少年的矯治工作刻不容緩。當(dāng)前,社會工作和社會工作者已經(jīng)越來越多地介入到青少年犯罪的矯治工作中,而在此過程中,若社會工作者科學(xué)運用需求層次理論,就能夠更加深入地了解犯罪青少年的切身需要,從而采取更加人性化、更具針對性的矯治措施,有效提高矯治社會工作的效率和效果,這有助于犯罪青少年更好地實現(xiàn)再社會化、有助于國家政策的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展、有助于社會工作專業(yè)理論與實務(wù)的發(fā)展、有助于社區(qū)的資源利用與社會的和諧穩(wěn)定。本文首先運用了文獻研究法,將國內(nèi)外對青少年犯罪、青少年犯罪矯治以及社會工作介入青少年犯罪矯治等方面的研究進行了整理和匯總,并在全面了解需求層次理論的基本內(nèi)容以及國內(nèi)外青少年犯罪矯治社會工作現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了在青少年犯罪矯治社會工作中運用需求層次理論的必要性。然后,本文又運用了問卷調(diào)查、訪談等方法對某少管所和某監(jiān)獄犯罪青少年的基本情況以及需求情況進行了調(diào)查和分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了在青少年犯罪矯治社會工作中有效運用需求層次理論的原則和具體措施建議。本文全篇共包含四個部分,第一部分主要闡述了本文的研究背景與意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究思路與方法以及相關(guān)概念界定等內(nèi)容;第二部分主要總結(jié)了需求層次理論的主要內(nèi)容、當(dāng)前青少年犯罪矯治社會工作的不足以及需求層次理論的運用情況,并闡釋了在青少年犯罪矯治社會工作中運用需求層次理論的必要性;第三部分是對某少管所和某監(jiān)獄犯罪青少年進行調(diào)查的基本情況與結(jié)果分析;第四部分主要是提出在青少年犯罪矯治社會工作中有效運用需求層次理論的原則和具體措施建議。
[Abstract]:Young people are the future and hope of a country. Therefore, the development of young people and their various problems have received extensive attention in all countries. Young people are in a special period of rapid physical and mental development. In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy and society, the problem of juvenile delinquency in our country is becoming more and more serious. Social work and social workers have been more and more involved in the correction of juvenile delinquency. In the process, if social workers apply the theory of hierarchy of needs scientifically, they will be able to understand more deeply the immediate needs of juvenile delinquents. In order to take more humanized and targeted corrective measures to effectively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of correctional social work, this will help juvenile delinquents to achieve better re-socialization and contribute to the innovation and development of national policies. It is helpful to the development of the professional theory and practice of social work, and to the utilization of resources and the harmony and stability of the community. The research on juvenile delinquency correction and social work intervention in juvenile delinquency correction has been sorted out and summarized, and on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the basic contents of the theory of hierarchy of needs and the current situation of social work on juvenile delinquency correction at home and abroad, This paper expounds the necessity of applying the theory of hierarchy of needs in the social work of juvenile delinquency correction. Interviews and other methods are used to investigate and analyze the basic situation and needs of juvenile delinquents in a certain juvenile detention center and a prison. On this basis, the author puts forward the principles and concrete measures to effectively apply the theory of hierarchy of needs in the social work of correction of juvenile delinquency. The first part of this paper mainly describes the background and significance of the research. The second part summarizes the main contents of the theory of hierarchy of demand. At present, the deficiency of social work of juvenile delinquency correction and the application of the theory of hierarchy of needs are discussed, and the necessity of applying the theory of hierarchy of needs in the social work of correction of juvenile delinquency is explained. The third part is the basic situation and result analysis of the investigation of juvenile delinquents in a certain prison. Part 4th mainly puts forward the principles and concrete measures to effectively use the theory of hierarchy of needs in the social work of juvenile delinquency correction.
