【摘要】：《消防法》的修訂和頒布實(shí)施,帶來了消防監(jiān)督管理模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,給消防監(jiān)督執(zhí)法工作提出了新的更高的要求。分析了新修訂的《消防法》關(guān)于消防監(jiān)督執(zhí)法的新規(guī)定,針對消防監(jiān)督執(zhí)法工作面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn),提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)消防監(jiān)督執(zhí)法工作的對策。
