【摘要】：司法鑒定學(xué)是一門交叉學(xué)科,是法學(xué)與相關(guān)自然學(xué)科、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)科等結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。司法鑒定的實踐和理論在我國具有悠久的歷史。但是,他作為一門獨(dú)立的學(xué)科出現(xiàn)在法學(xué)教育的舞臺上,卻是近些年的事情。這是社會發(fā)展的結(jié)果,也是法學(xué)、自然科學(xué)以及其他學(xué)科發(fā)展的共同結(jié)晶。司法鑒定學(xué)的形成、發(fā)展和完善還需要面臨一系列問題,因此,需要正確定位司法鑒定學(xué)與法學(xué)教育的關(guān)系,深刻研究司法鑒定培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)容和層次、課程設(shè)置,以及教育的實施方式等,以促進(jìn)司法鑒定教育的發(fā)展與完善。
[Abstract]:Forensic expertise is an interdisciplinary subject, which is the result of the combination of law and related natural and economic disciplines. The practice and theory of forensic expertise have a long history in China. He appeared on the stage of law education as an independent subject, but it was a matter of recent years. This is the result of social development, and it is also the common crystallization of the development of law, natural science and other disciplines. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly position the relationship between forensic expertise and law education, deeply study the contents and levels of judicial expertise training, curriculum setup, and the implementation of education, etc. In order to promote the development and improvement of forensic education.
