【摘要】：2007年刑事偵查學學術(shù)研究基本呈現(xiàn)以下特點:一是兩種理論研究視角并存,即訴訟法學研究視角和偵查方法研究視角,分別關(guān)注偵查法治化和偵查有效性的研究;二是關(guān)注實現(xiàn)重大理論命題,如寬嚴相濟刑事政策在刑事偵查中的應用,"命案必破"的理性與非理性探討等;三是推進偵查措施的發(fā)展和完善,特別加強了新型偵查措施、秘密偵查措施的研究,同時發(fā)展和完善了傳統(tǒng)偵查措施;四關(guān)注嚴重性刑事案件、疑難性刑事案件和多發(fā)性案件的研究。
[Abstract]:In 2007, the academic research of criminal investigation presented the following characteristics: first, two theoretical perspectives coexist, namely, procedural law research perspective and investigation method research perspective, respectively focusing on the investigation of the rule of law and the effectiveness of investigation; The second is to pay attention to the realization of major theoretical propositions, such as the application of the criminal policy of combining leniency with severity in criminal investigation, the rational and irrational discussion of "homicide cases must be solved", and the third is to promote the development and improvement of investigative measures, especially to strengthen new investigative measures. The research of secret investigation measures has developed and perfected the traditional investigation measures. 4. Pay attention to the research of serious criminal cases, difficult criminal cases and multiple cases.
