【摘要】：正群體性事件,即"由社會(huì)原因引起的,由眾多人參加的,嚴(yán)重影響社會(huì)治安秩序,必須及時(shí)采取措施予以處置的重大社會(huì)性事件。"[1]總結(jié)近年來(lái)的群體性事件,其主要的特點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)在:主體的聚眾性與自發(fā)性、事態(tài)蔓延的迅速性、事件過(guò)程的破壞性、暴露問(wèn)題的復(fù)雜性、社會(huì)影響的廣泛性等幾個(gè)方面。本文從輿論形成與形態(tài)變化的角度解析群體性事件,將之看作是輿論效能轉(zhuǎn)化的非常規(guī)性過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Positive group events, that is, "major social events which are caused by social reasons and attended by many people, which seriously affect the order of public security and must be dealt with in time." [1] A summary of the group events in recent years, Its main characteristics are as follows: the mass and spontaneity of the subject, the rapidity of the spread of events, the destructiveness of the event process, and the complexity of exposing the problem. This paper analyzes group events from the angle of public opinion formation and form change, and regards it as an unconventional process of public opinion efficiency transformation.
