市民化進(jìn)程中農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口的思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口是當(dāng)前社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)研究的前瞻性課題,涉及到政治學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、法學(xué)及社會(huì)學(xué)等諸多學(xué)科,存在許多需要解決的復(fù)雜問題。農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口的思想政治教育在市民化進(jìn)程中占有重要地位,是城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程和發(fā)展過程中系統(tǒng)決策的結(jié)合點(diǎn),進(jìn)行農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口的思想政治教育調(diào)研是決策者進(jìn)行決策的基礎(chǔ)和依據(jù)。鑒于農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口在市民化進(jìn)程中復(fù)雜性,依舊采取常規(guī)的方式方法解決市民化進(jìn)程中農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口的思想政治教育問題可能會(huì)收效甚微。本次研究用交叉復(fù)合的方法將文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)地調(diào)研進(jìn)行綜合分析,從市民化進(jìn)程中農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口本身實(shí)際出發(fā),分析了農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口思想政治教育的問題及其成因,提出了提高農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口思想政治教育有效性的對(duì)策。本文首先對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行厘定,梳理了相關(guān)支撐理論。然后在農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口思想政治素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化過程中思想政治教育存在的問題及其成因進(jìn)行分析,最后提出了系統(tǒng)化的對(duì)策建議。為保證調(diào)研的有效性,本研究在實(shí)地調(diào)研中采用個(gè)案訪談的具體方法進(jìn)行分析,既保證信息的客觀性和正確性,也奠定了本次課題的開展并直至順利結(jié)束。具體的對(duì)策有:一是從教育主體出發(fā),指出了政府、企業(yè)和社會(huì)組織在農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口思想政治教育中的積極作用;二是從思想政治教育的內(nèi)容角度,提出政治理論、社會(huì)公德、法制觀教育和心理教育等方面的決策;三是從教育方式方法的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合豐富精神生活方式和宣傳榜樣力量來進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新。四是從教育環(huán)境出發(fā),采取政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和社會(huì)四個(gè)方面同時(shí)構(gòu)建的建議;五是從農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口本身出發(fā),主要要提高自身的科技文化素質(zhì)和思想道德修養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Population transfer from agriculture is a prospective subject in the study of socialist harmonious society. It involves many subjects, such as politics, economics, law and sociology, etc. There are many complex problems to be solved. The ideological and political education of agricultural transfer population plays an important role in the process of urbanization and development, and it is the combination point of systematic decision-making in the process of urbanization and development. The research on the ideological and political education of the agricultural transfer population is the basis and basis for the decision-makers to make the decision. In view of the complexity of the agricultural transfer population in the process of urbanization, Still, it is possible to take conventional methods to solve the problem of ideological and political education of the agricultural transfer population in the process of urbanization. This study uses a cross-composite method to comprehensively analyze the literature research and field research. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the ideological and political education of the agricultural transfer population from the perspective of the reality of the agricultural transfer population itself in the process of urbanization. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the agricultural transfer population. Then on the basis of the investigation of the present situation of the ideological and political literacy of the agricultural transfer population, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of ideological and political education in the process of the urbanization of the agricultural transfer population. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the investigation, this study adopts the specific method of case interview in the field investigation to ensure the objectivity and correctness of the information. The specific countermeasures are as follows: first, from the main body of education, pointing out the positive role of government, enterprises and social organizations in the ideological and political education of agricultural transfer population; Second, from the content of ideological and political education, put forward political theory, social morality, legal concept education and psychological education, etc. Third, from the perspective of educational methods and methods, Combining the forces of enriching the spiritual way of life and propagating examples to carry out innovation. Fourth, from the perspective of the educational environment, we should adopt the suggestions of political, economic, cultural and social construction at the same time; fifthly, we should start from the agricultural transfer of the population itself. Mainly to improve their own scientific and technological and cultural quality and ideological and moral cultivation.
