公安院!缎淌掠跋窦夹g(shù)》案例教學(xué)的探索與實踐

【摘要】: 案例教學(xué)是一種新型的教學(xué)模式,以其在能力培養(yǎng)方面的優(yōu)勢而得到迅速地推廣應(yīng)用,在公安院校的教學(xué)中也有使用案例教學(xué),但相關(guān)研究甚少,缺少一套行之有效的、易于操作的在公安院校實施案例教學(xué)的模式。本課題研究的目的是將案例教學(xué)理論與公安院校的教學(xué)實踐相結(jié)合,探索在公安院校《刑事影像技術(shù)》課程中實行案例教學(xué)的可行性與有效性,設(shè)計出一套簡單有效的案例教學(xué)模式,并對其教學(xué)效果進行論證分析。 論文主要采用了文獻分析、調(diào)研與訪談、問卷調(diào)查和行動研究等研究方法,對案例教學(xué)的基本理論、公安院!缎淌掠跋窦夹g(shù)》課程的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計出一套切實可行的案例教學(xué)實施模式,并在筆者的教學(xué)中進行實驗,采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談的方法對案例教學(xué)的效果進行分析,最后對整個教學(xué)過程進行反思并對實施模式進行修改。 本論文共分為六章,第一章陳述了論文的來源及案例教學(xué)的研究現(xiàn)狀;第二章敘述了案例教學(xué)的概念、理論基礎(chǔ)及案例教學(xué)與其他教學(xué)方法的比較;第三章分析了在《刑事影像技術(shù)》課程中運用案例教學(xué)的必要性和可行性;第四章論述了案例教學(xué)的設(shè)計及進行案例教學(xué)的準備工作;第五章描述了案例教學(xué)的實施過程以及案例教學(xué)在本課程中的應(yīng)用價值,并對案例教學(xué)的效果及實施中的問題進行分析;第六章對案例教學(xué)的整個實施過程進行反思。最后得出:在《刑事影像技術(shù)》課程中進行案例教學(xué),既是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運用刑事影像技術(shù)理論知識分析問題、解決問題的能力,強化學(xué)生對現(xiàn)場的勘查、拍攝等實戰(zhàn)應(yīng)用能力,通過學(xué)生自身不斷地實踐來鞏固教學(xué)效果;也是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生適應(yīng)社會需求,具有創(chuàng)新思維及能力,實現(xiàn)公安院校培養(yǎng)目標,推進素質(zhì)教育的有效途徑。雖然案例教學(xué)在實施的過程中受到教師、學(xué)生、教學(xué)時間等因素的限制和影響,但其教學(xué)效果確是明顯的,應(yīng)該得到實施及推廣。
[Abstract]:Case teaching is a new type of teaching mode, which is popularized and applied rapidly because of its advantage in ability training, and it is also used in the teaching of public security colleges and universities. However, there are few relevant studies and a set of effective teaching methods. The purpose of this study is to combine the theory of case teaching with the teaching practice of public security colleges. This paper explores the feasibility and effectiveness of case teaching in the course of Criminal Imaging Technology in public security colleges and universities, designs a set of simple and effective case teaching model, and demonstrates and analyzes its teaching effect. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis, investigation and interview, questionnaire investigation and action research, to analyze the basic theory of case teaching and the present teaching situation of the course of "Criminal Imaging Technology" in public security colleges and universities. Design a set of practical case teaching implementation model, and carry out experiments in the author's teaching, and use the method of questionnaire and interview to analyze the effect of case teaching. Finally, the whole teaching process is reflected and the implementation model is modified. This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the source of the thesis and the current situation of case teaching, the second chapter describes the concept of case teaching, theoretical basis and case teaching and other teaching methods. The third chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of using case teaching in the course of Criminal Imaging Technology, the 4th chapter discusses the design of case teaching and the preparation of case teaching. Chapter 5th describes the implementation process of case teaching and the application value of case teaching in this course, and analyzes the effect of case teaching and the problems in its implementation. Chapter 6th reflects on the whole implementation process of case teaching. Finally, it is concluded that case teaching in the course of "Criminal Imaging Technology" is not only to cultivate the students' ability to analyze and solve problems by using theoretical knowledge of criminal imaging technology, but also to solve the problems in the course of "Criminal Imaging Technology". To strengthen the students' ability to investigate and shoot the scene, to consolidate the teaching effect through the students' own practice, and to train the students to adapt to the needs of the society, to have the innovative thinking and ability, and to realize the training goal of the public security colleges and universities. Although case teaching is restricted and influenced by teachers, students, teaching time and other factors, the teaching effect is obvious and should be implemented and popularized.
