【摘要】： 毛澤東的公安工作理論,是毛澤東將馬克思列寧主義的普遍原理運用于中國公安保衛(wèi)工作實際過程的光輝思想結晶,是他長期指導中國公安保衛(wèi)工作偉大實踐的經驗總結。毛澤東關于公安工作的一系列論述已經成為毛澤東思想體系中的重要內容。今天,認真學習、深入研究毛澤東關于公安工作的重要論述,對我們進一步加強公安保衛(wèi)工作具有重要意義,而且也有利于我們完整地、準確地理解毛澤東思想。 本文理出了毛澤東公安工作理論的歷史脈絡,概述了毛澤東公安工作理論的主要內容,總結了毛澤東公安工作理論的基本特色,分析了毛澤東公安工作理論的當代價值。本文共計四章: 第一章,理順了毛澤東公安工作理論形成和發(fā)展的歷史脈絡。主要有以下三個階段:一是毛澤東公安工作理論的初步形成階段。二是毛澤東公安工作理論的進一步豐富。三是毛澤東公安工作理論的艱難發(fā)展階段。 第二章,概述了毛澤東公安工作理論的主要內容。主要強調三個方面的內容:一是公安工作必須加強黨的領導和監(jiān)督,行使好人民民主專政重要工具的職能,解決了公安工作“是什么”的問題。二是公安工作必須走群眾路線,依靠群眾,發(fā)動群眾,解決了公安工作“如何做”的問題。三是公安隊伍建設一定要加強,建設一支強大的人民公安隊伍,解決了公安工作“誰來做”的問題。 第三章,總結了毛澤東公安工作理論的基本特色。主要總結了三個基本特色:一是毛澤東的公安工作理論充分反映出了唯物辯證法的思想光輝。二是毛澤東的公安工作理論體現(xiàn)了實事求是的科學精神。三是毛澤東的公安工作理論鮮明地反映出了馬列主義的群眾觀點。 第四章,分析了毛澤東公安工作理論的當代價值。主要從兩個方面進行了分析:一是毛澤東公安工作理論在理論上的價值。二是毛澤東公安工作理論在實踐上對當代公安工作的指導作用和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's theory of public security work is the brilliant thought crystallized by Mao Zedong's application of the universal principles of Marxism-Leninism to the actual process of China's public security work. It is a summary of his experience in guiding the great practice of China's public security work for a long time. Mao Zedong's series of expositions on public security work have become an important part of Mao Zedong's ideological system. Today, he is studying hard. Deeply studying Mao Zedong's important exposition on public security work is of great significance for us to further strengthen the public security work, and is also conducive to our complete and accurate understanding of Mao Zedong's thought. This paper analyzes the historical context of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work, summarizes the main contents of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work, and summarizes the basic characteristics of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. This paper analyzes the contemporary value of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. Chapter I, This paper straightens out the historical context of the formation and development of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. There are three main stages: the first stage is the initial stage of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work, and the other is the further enrichment of the theory of public security work of Mao Zedong. Third, Mao Zedong's difficult stage of development of public security work theory. The second chapter summarizes the main contents of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. The "what is" problem of public security work has been solved. Second, the public security work must follow the mass line, rely on the masses, mobilize the masses, and solve the problem of "how to do" the public security work. Third, the building of the public security contingent must be strengthened. The construction of a strong people's public security force has solved the problem of "who will do" in public security work. Chapter III, This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. It mainly summarizes three basic characteristics: first, the theory of public security work of Mao Zedong fully reflects the thought of materialist dialectics, and the other is the theory of public security work of Mao Zedong. Third, Mao Zedong's theory of public security work clearly reflects the views of the masses of Marxism-Leninism. Chapter 4th, This paper analyzes the contemporary value of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. It mainly analyzes from two aspects: the first is the theoretical value of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work, and the other is the practical significance of the theory of public security work to contemporary public security.
