【摘要】： 計算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,好處不勝數(shù)。然而它們引起的計算機(jī)犯罪卻也達(dá)到了無孔不入的地步。司法機(jī)關(guān)為獲得犯罪證據(jù),必須在計算機(jī)及各類電子設(shè)備上尋找電子物證信息,因此就需要開展量大面廣而且技術(shù)復(fù)雜的電子物證取證和檢驗(yàn)。 本文在進(jìn)行了廣泛深入的調(diào)查分析研究和大量實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一個電子物證檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案,詳細(xì)闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)、軟件、文件解密、數(shù)碼照片、關(guān)鍵字、計算機(jī)設(shè)備和手機(jī)等檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶接口、物證提取、物證檢驗(yàn)與分析、生成法定證據(jù)等模塊的功能,最終完成了一個先進(jìn)實(shí)用的電子物證檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文還描述了該系統(tǒng)在刑事訴訟活動中的成功應(yīng)用。 由于采用了先進(jìn)的電子物證檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)、日志、數(shù)據(jù)庫等更多種信息的分析和自動證據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn),代替人工操作,提升了打擊犯罪的效率和力度,受到應(yīng)用部門的歡迎。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and communication technology, the benefits are numerous. However, the computer crime caused by them has also reached the point of everywhere. It is necessary to search for electronic evidential information on computers and all kinds of electronic devices, so it is necessary to carry out a wide range of electronic evidential evidence collection and examination with complex technology. On the basis of extensive and in-depth investigation, analysis and practice, this paper puts forward a design scheme of electronic physical evidence inspection system, and expounds in detail the network, software, file decryption, digital photo, keyword, etc. The functions of user interface, material evidence extraction, physical evidence inspection and analysis, legal evidence generation and other modules are realized. Finally, the design and implementation of an advanced and practical electronic physical evidence inspection system is completed. The successful application of the system in criminal proceedings is also described in this paper. With the use of advanced electronic physical evidence inspection systems, the analysis and automatic evidence discovery of more information such as system data, logs, databases, etc., instead of manual operations, has improved the efficiency and intensity of cracking down on crime.
