【摘要】：詐騙犯罪是現(xiàn)代城市中亟待解決的一大社會難題。現(xiàn)有研究多從社會學(xué)角度,基于微觀層次探討影響詐騙受害的個人屬性特征,缺乏從地理學(xué)視角對詐騙受害者生存環(huán)境中的中宏觀層次因素的考慮。本文基于犯罪地理學(xué)視角,綜合運用平均最近鄰、核密度以及負(fù)二項回歸等研究方法,對ZG市5類詐騙警情的時空分布特征和基于建成環(huán)境與社會環(huán)境兩大維度的影響因素進(jìn)行了深入探討。結(jié)果表明:1各類詐騙的時間分布規(guī)律各異,但整體上呈現(xiàn)出工作日高于休息日、下午或晚上高于上午、凌晨時段為最低的特征;2和其他類型的城市犯罪類似,詐騙犯罪整體呈現(xiàn)出與老城區(qū)距離衰減的"多中心"顯著性集聚特征;各類型詐騙熱點的空間分布大同小異,多分布在城市的老城區(qū)、CBD、火(汽)車站、城中村或高校布局的周邊地帶;3各類詐騙犯罪的空間分布影響因素各異,但整體表現(xiàn)出與銀行網(wǎng)點、旅游景點、道路密度、土地利用混合度、高校等建成環(huán)境因素高度相關(guān);與購買商品房家庭占比、受教育水平、人口老齡化和城鎮(zhèn)化水平等社會環(huán)境顯著相關(guān)的特性。本文拓展了犯罪地理學(xué)領(lǐng)域?qū)υp騙犯罪的研究成果,證實了各類詐騙犯罪符合日�；顒永碚摰睦碚摷僭O(shè),對詐騙受害情景預(yù)防具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Fraud crime is a social problem that needs to be solved urgently in modern cities. From the angle of sociology and on the basis of microcosmic level, the existing researches discuss the characteristics of personal attributes that affect the victimization of fraud. This paper, based on the perspective of criminal geography, uses the methods of average nearest neighbor, nuclear density and negative binomial regression. The temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of five types of fraud police in ZG city and the influencing factors based on the two dimensions of built environment and social environment are discussed in depth. The results show that the time distribution of different types of fraud is different. But overall it appears that the working day is higher than the rest day, that the afternoon or evening is higher than the morning, and that the lowest characteristic in the early hours of the morning is similar to other types of urban crime. The whole crime of fraud shows the characteristic of "multi-center" significant agglomeration with the distance attenuation of the old city, and the spatial distribution of all kinds of fraud hotspots is much the same, most of them are distributed in the old urban area of the city, such as CBD, fire (steam) station, The spatial distribution factors of the three kinds of fraud crimes are different, but they are highly related to the bank network, tourist attractions, road density, land use mix degree, university and so on. This paper develops the research results of fraud crime in the field of criminal geography, which is significantly related to the social environment, such as the proportion of families buying commercial housing, education level, aging population and urbanization level. It proves that all kinds of fraud crime accord with the theoretical hypothesis of daily activity theory, and it is of great significance to the prevention of fraud victimization scenario.
