【摘要】:本文針對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)滅火救援形勢(shì)越來越復(fù)雜化,尤其是對(duì)需要追逐迫降滑行中的飛機(jī)進(jìn)行滅火的特殊狀況及消防難題的研究分析。本文以滿足機(jī)場(chǎng)滅火快速撲救的實(shí)戰(zhàn)需要為目標(biāo),將其主要功能定位在具有快速應(yīng)急反應(yīng)能力的機(jī)場(chǎng)消防車。通過分析和研究機(jī)場(chǎng)快速調(diào)動(dòng)消防車的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求及技術(shù)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)出一款改裝于某大功率越野汽車二類底盤,配備獨(dú)立消防發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)消防泵,且其自身攜帶的水或泡沫能夠通過智能控制系統(tǒng)快速進(jìn)行滅火作業(yè)的快速調(diào)動(dòng)消防車。本文在嚴(yán)格遵守國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以某大功率越野汽車二類底盤為平臺(tái),從總體上確定快速調(diào)動(dòng)消防車的技術(shù)性能,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)車身結(jié)構(gòu)、水罐形式、載液量、消防動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)、噴射系統(tǒng)、智能控制系統(tǒng)、附加電氣設(shè)備等各部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、原理、特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)車身結(jié)構(gòu)、罐體聯(lián)接座進(jìn)行有限元分析,并對(duì)整車進(jìn)行軸荷校核,驗(yàn)證車輛行駛的穩(wěn)定性。本文通過對(duì)消防動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究分析,經(jīng)過相關(guān)配置匹配計(jì)算,優(yōu)化選型獨(dú)立消防發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)及彈性聯(lián)軸器。根據(jù)動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)的類型及特點(diǎn),確定液壓齒輪箱的型式,研究液壓齒輪箱的設(shè)計(jì)方法、步驟。通過研究傳動(dòng)比的計(jì)算方式,算出液壓離合齒輪箱的傳動(dòng)比及齒輪齒數(shù)等主要參數(shù)。提出采用液壓離合控制裝置,確定液壓齒輪箱的主要規(guī)格參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,并進(jìn)行必要的強(qiáng)度校核計(jì)算。本文通過分析消防噴射系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成及特點(diǎn),對(duì)噴射系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,并根據(jù)消防泵的種類、結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),選擇合適的消防泵類型。根據(jù)滅火的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求,研究消防泵的葉輪水力設(shè)計(jì)、泵體尺寸設(shè)計(jì)、關(guān)鍵強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)等方面,確定消防泵的技術(shù)參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)和原理,并繪出泵的性能曲線。最后根據(jù)相關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求對(duì)整車進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)情況對(duì)整車進(jìn)行改進(jìn),以達(dá)到整車設(shè)計(jì)滿足機(jī)場(chǎng)快速調(diào)動(dòng)消防車的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。通過歸納設(shè)計(jì)中出現(xiàn)的問題,并針對(duì)未來的設(shè)計(jì)工作指出需進(jìn)一步完善的地方。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the situation of airport fire fighting and rescue is becoming more and more complicated, especially the research and analysis of the special situation and the difficult problem of fire fighting for aircraft which need to chase the plane in the forced landing and gliding. The aim of this paper is to meet the actual combat needs of fast fire fighting in the airport. Its main function is located in the airport fire engine with rapid emergency response capability. By analyzing and studying the relevant standard requirements and technical characteristics of the airport rapid mobilization fire engine, a second class chassis of a high-power off-road vehicle is designed. It is equipped with an independent fire engine to drive the fire pump, and its own water or foam can be quickly operated by intelligent control system. This paper is based on strict compliance with national standards and industry standards. Taking the second class chassis of a high power off-road vehicle as the platform, the technical performance of the fire engine is determined as a whole. On this basis, the structure of the body, the form of the water tank, the load of liquid, the fire power system, the jet system, the intelligent control system, are discussed. The structure, principle and characteristics of various parts such as additional electrical equipment are studied and designed, the body structure and tank connecting seat are analyzed by finite element method, and the axle load of the whole vehicle is checked. In this paper, through the research and analysis of the fire fighting power system, the selection of the independent fire engine and elastic coupling is optimized through the matching calculation of the relevant configuration. According to the type and characteristics of the power transmission, To determine the type of hydraulic gear box, to study the design method and steps of hydraulic gear box. By studying the calculation method of transmission ratio, the main parameters such as transmission ratio and gear tooth number of hydraulic clutch gear box are calculated. A hydraulic clutch control device is proposed. The main specification parameters, structure and working principle of hydraulic gearbox are determined, and the necessary strength checking calculation is carried out. By analyzing the composition and characteristics of the fire fighting jet system, the jet system is studied, and according to the type of fire pump, According to the practical requirements of fire extinguishing, the hydraulic design of impeller, the size design of pump body and the design of key strength of fire pump are studied, and the technical parameters, structure and principle of fire pump are determined. Finally, according to the requirements of relevant national standards and industry standards, the whole vehicle is tested and verified, and the vehicle is improved according to the test conditions. In order to meet the standard requirements of the airport fire engine, the problems in the design are summarized, and the further improvement is pointed out for the design work in the future.
