【摘要】：在新的時(shí)代背景和技術(shù)條件下,恐怖主義活動(dòng)出現(xiàn)了許多新特點(diǎn)�？植澜M織越來越成熟地利用媒體來傳播極端思想、發(fā)布恐怖信息、發(fā)展組織成員、策劃恐怖活動(dòng)。打擊恐怖主義除了借助傳統(tǒng)的外在的硬性手段外,更需借助內(nèi)在的柔性手段,從思想上、輿論上瓦解恐怖主義生存和擴(kuò)散的基礎(chǔ)。將戰(zhàn)略傳播引入反恐工作具有重要意義。通過建立國家反恐戰(zhàn)略傳播機(jī)制,可以將反恐傳播工作與政治、外交、國防、宗教等工作有機(jī)融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息資源和其他資源的深度整合,大幅度提升反恐傳播的效率和效果。
[Abstract]:In the context of the new era and the technological conditions, many new features have emerged in terrorist activities. Terrorist organizations are increasingly making use of the media to disseminate extremist ideas, disseminate terrorist messages, and develop members of organizations. Planning terrorist activities. In addition to relying on traditional external hard means to combat terrorism, we also need to resort to internal flexible means and ideologically. Public opinion disrupts the basis for the survival and proliferation of terrorism. It is of great significance to introduce strategic communication into counter-terrorism work. By establishing a national counter-terrorism strategic communication mechanism, the work of anti-terrorism communication can be linked to political, diplomatic, and national defense. Religion and other work organic integration, to achieve the deep integration of information resources and other resources, greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of counter-terrorism dissemination.
