利多卡因在蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔和靜脈注射致死犬體內(nèi)的死后分布

【摘要】:目的比較利多卡因在蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔和靜脈注射致死犬體內(nèi)的死后分布特點(diǎn)。方法犬12只,其中6只經(jīng)蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔,另6只經(jīng)股靜脈勻速注入利多卡因(5×15mg/kg)致死,迅速解剖動物,取大腦、側(cè)腦室腦脊液、腰段脊髓腔腦脊液、不同脊髓節(jié)段(頸髓、胸髓、腰髓、骶髓),心、肺、肝、脾、腎、膽汁、尿、心血、周圍血、注射部位肌肉和注射部位20 cm以外肌肉等臟器組織和體液,用氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用法定性,氣相色譜法定量檢測其中利多卡因含量。結(jié)果蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔注射致死犬體內(nèi)利多卡因的含量由高到低順序依次為腰段脊髓腔腦脊液、骶段脊髓、胸段脊髓、側(cè)腦室腦脊液、腰段脊髓、頸段脊髓、肺、腎、注射部位肌肉、心、大腦、脾、心血、肝、周圍血、膽汁、注射部位20 cm以外的肌肉、尿;靜脈注射致死犬體內(nèi)利多卡因的含量由高到低順序依次為腎、心、肺、脾、大腦、肝、周圍血、膽汁、心血、頸段脊髓、胸段腦脊液、注射部位肌肉、腰段脊髓、注射部位20 cm以外的肌肉、側(cè)腦室腦脊液、尿、腰段脊髓腔腦脊液、骶段脊髓。結(jié)論蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔注射致死犬背側(cè)脊髓液中利多卡因含量最高,靜脈注射致死犬腎臟利多卡因含量最高,此分布特征可為利多卡因麻醉意外法醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定中入體途徑的判定提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the postmortem distribution of lidocaine in subarachnoid and intravenous lethal dogs. Brain, cerebrospinal fluid of lateral ventricle, cerebrospinal fluid of lumbar spinal cord, different segments of spinal cord (cervical spinal cord, thoracic spinal cord, lumbar spinal cord, sacral spinal cord, heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney, bile, urine, heart blood, peripheral blood), The visceral tissues and body fluids, such as the muscle at the injection site and the muscle 20 cm away from the injection site, were determined by GC-MS. Results the order of lidocaine content in dogs killed by subarachnoid injection was cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of lumbar spinal cord, sacral spinal cord, thoracic spinal cord and cerebrospinal fluid of lateral ventricle. Lumbar spinal cord, cervical spinal cord, lung, kidney, muscle at injection site, heart, brain, spleen, heart blood, liver, peripheral blood, bile, muscle 20 cm away from injection site, urine; The contents of lidocaine in dogs killed by intravenous injection were followed by kidney, heart, lung, spleen, brain, liver, peripheral blood, bile, heart blood, cervical spinal cord, thoracic cerebrospinal fluid, muscle at injection site and lumbar spinal cord. The muscle, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of lumbar spinal cord and sacral spinal cord were injected 20 cm away from the injection site. Conclusion the content of lidocaine in the dorsal spinal cord fluid of dogs caused by subarachnoid injection is the highest. The content of lidocaine in kidney was the highest in dogs killed by intravenous injection, which could provide reference for the identification of entry pathway in forensic identification of lidocaine anesthesia accident.
