【摘要】： 我國正處在社會加速轉(zhuǎn)型期,未成年人犯罪是一個突出的社會問題。分析未成年人犯罪的原因,以及如何有效地防治未成年人犯罪已成為學(xué)界研究的熱點。但大部分研究者把視角放到未成年犯刑滿釋放后的表現(xiàn)上,相反卻忽視了他們是否適應(yīng)社會、是否被社會所認(rèn)可等等,鮮有對未成年犯出獄后社會適應(yīng)層面的探討。傳統(tǒng)的監(jiān)禁性監(jiān)獄矯正模式使個人與社會難以同步發(fā)展,使得未成年犯刑滿釋放后難以適應(yīng)社會需要而重新走上犯罪道路。因此分析未成年犯出獄后社會適應(yīng)情況是一個亟待研究的課題。 本文試圖從社會學(xué)的角度,運用社會學(xué)和法學(xué)知識將未成年犯適應(yīng)社會的過程看作一個行為系統(tǒng),即未成年犯作為社會行為有機(jī)體中的一員,在刑滿釋放回歸社會時需要實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)達(dá)成功能、模式維持功能和社會系統(tǒng)整合功能。為此,本文重點分析了未成年犯出獄后心理、人際關(guān)系和經(jīng)濟(jì)的適應(yīng)。心理適應(yīng)上要轉(zhuǎn)變未成年犯的自我認(rèn)知和情感,滿足社會歸屬感；人際關(guān)系適應(yīng)上要排除社會交往中的阻力、發(fā)展社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)促進(jìn)正常的社會交往；經(jīng)濟(jì)適應(yīng)上要獲得良好的就業(yè)和生活保障。只有這樣才能使他們真正適應(yīng)社會。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the social transformation period, juvenile delinquency is a serious social problem. The reasons for juvenile delinquency analysis, and how to prevent juvenile crime has become a hot academic research. But most researchers view on juvenile offenders released from prison after the performance, but ignore the whether they adapt to the society, whether it is recognized by the society and so on, rarely on the juvenile level of social adaptation after prison. Traditional custodial prison correction mode makes the individual and society to make simultaneous development of juvenile offenders released from prison after it is difficult to adapt to the needs of society and to embark on the road of crime. Therefore the analysis of juvenile offenders social adaptation is an urgent research topic.
This article attempts from the angle of sociology, sociology and legal knowledge to adapt to the social process of juvenile offenders as a behavior system, namely juvenile offenders as a member of the social behavior of organisms, in the released prisoners return to society needs to realize the function of target mode, maintain the function and social function of system integration. Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis of juvenile offenders to psychological, social relations and economic. Psychological adaptation to changes in juvenile self cognition and emotion, to meet the social sense of belonging; interpersonal adaptation to the exclusion of social resistance, the development of the social support network to promote normal social interaction; economic adjustment to get good employment and social security. Only in this way can they really adapt to the society.
