【摘要】：初步分析中國公安情報學(xué)的興起和發(fā)展。公安情報學(xué)興起和發(fā)展的時代背景是信息時代安全形勢的挑戰(zhàn);實踐基礎(chǔ)是以公安信息化建設(shè)和應(yīng)用為基礎(chǔ)的公安情報工作的發(fā)展;理論基礎(chǔ)為情報主導(dǎo)警務(wù)等警務(wù)管理哲學(xué)的進(jìn)步和影響;興起的標(biāo)志是專業(yè)的設(shè)置和教育的開展;其基本內(nèi)涵由研究對象、學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)、理論基礎(chǔ)、方法論基礎(chǔ)、學(xué)科屬性及研究內(nèi)容等要素構(gòu)成。十年來,在學(xué)科專業(yè)建設(shè)、專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)、基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究、交流合作培訓(xùn)等方面,公安情報學(xué)取得了較快較好發(fā)展。最后,提出構(gòu)建中國公安情報學(xué)理論體系,建立全國公安情報學(xué)學(xué)會,創(chuàng)辦全國公開發(fā)行的公安情報學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)期刊等建議。
[Abstract]:A preliminary analysis of the rise and development of public security information science in China. The background of the rise and development of public security information science is the challenge of the security situation in the information age. The practical foundation is the development of the public security information work based on the information construction and application of public security. The theoretical basis is the progress and influence of the police management philosophy such as information leading policing. The symbol of the rise is the setting of specialty and the development of education; Its basic connotation is composed of research object, subject foundation, theoretical basis, methodology foundation, subject attribute and research content, etc. In the past ten years, it has been in the discipline specialty construction, the specialized talented person training, the basic science research. Exchange and cooperation training and other aspects, the police information science has made rapid and better development. Finally, the establishment of China's public security information science theoretical system, the establishment of the National Institute of Public Security Information Science. The establishment of the national public circulation of public security information science academic journals and other suggestions.
