【摘要】：目的:比較遠(yuǎn)端取穴與眼周取穴治療干眼癥的臨床療效差異。方法:將干眼患者40例隨機(jī)分為遠(yuǎn)端組和眼周組,每組20例,眼周組脫落1例,最終遠(yuǎn)端組20例、眼周組19例。遠(yuǎn)端組針刺光明、地五會(huì)穴,眼周組針刺攢竹、瞳子毼、太陽穴。兩組均每天1次,每周5次,治療2周。分別于治療前、治療2周后(治療結(jié)束)、治療結(jié)束后2周(隨訪)評(píng)價(jià)患者主觀癥狀(視覺模擬VAS評(píng)分)、淚液分泌情況、生活質(zhì)量(OSDI評(píng)分)、淚膜破裂時(shí)間(BUT)。結(jié)果:治療結(jié)束及隨訪,兩組VAS評(píng)分、淚液分泌量、OSDI評(píng)分、淚膜破裂時(shí)間均較治療前改善(P0.05,P0.01);兩組VAS評(píng)分、OSDI評(píng)分比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。隨訪時(shí)兩組淚液分泌量、淚膜破裂時(shí)間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:遠(yuǎn)端取穴(光明穴、地五會(huì)穴)有促進(jìn)干眼癥狀改善、提高生活質(zhì)量、增加淚液分泌量、延長淚膜破裂時(shí)間的作用,且持續(xù)效應(yīng)優(yōu)于眼周取穴。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of distal acupoint selection and periophthalmic acupoint selection in the treatment of dry eye. Methods: forty patients with dry eye were randomly divided into distal group (n = 20) and periocular group (n = 20). There were 1 case in periocular group, 20 cases in final distal group and 19 cases in periophthalmic group. The far group acupuncture bright, Di Wuhui point, the eye group acupuncture save bamboo, pupil, temple point. Both groups were treated once a day, 5 times a week, for 2 weeks. Subjective symptoms (visual simulated VAS score), tear secretion, quality of life (OSDI score) and tear film rupture time (BUT). Were evaluated before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment (end of treatment) and 2 weeks after treatment (follow-up). Results: at the end of treatment and follow-up, VAS score, tear secretion, OSDI score and tear film rupture time were improved in the two groups (P0.05, P 0.01), but there was no significant difference in VAS score and OSDI score between the two groups (P 0.05, P 0.05). There were significant differences in tear secretion and tear film rupture time between the two groups during follow-up (P 0.05). Conclusion: distal acupoint selection (Guangming acupoint, Di Wuhui acupoint) can promote the improvement of dry eye symptoms, improve the quality of life, increase the secretion of tears and prolong the rupture time of tear film, and the continuous effect is better than that of periophthalmic acupoint selection.
