【摘要】：目的:觀察貼敷紅外敏感穴位對慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清中病毒復(fù)制的影響。方法:將27例CHB患者設(shè)為穴位貼敷治療組,運用紅外敏感穴位貼敷療法治療3周;另設(shè)空白對照組28例,不采取治療措施;采用實時熒光定量聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(RT-PCR)法觀察兩組患者治療周期前后HBV-DNA定量指標(biāo)變化情況。結(jié)果:1貼敷治療組患者治療前后血清中HBV-DNA載量較空白對照組顯著降低(P0.05);2貼敷治療組中初始HBV-DNA載量處于中低水平的患者療效較好;3貼敷治療組病毒載量呈次方下降的比例顯著高于空白對照組。結(jié)論:紅外敏感穴位中藥貼敷能夠有效降低患者乙肝病毒復(fù)制量,對提高慢性乙型肝炎患者臨床療效具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of infrared sensitive acupoints on virus replication in serum of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods: 27 patients with CHB were divided into acupoint application treatment group and infrared sensitive acupoint application therapy for 3 weeks, 28 patients in blank control group were treated with no treatment measures, and the changes of HBV-DNA quantitative indexes before and after treatment cycle were observed by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: 1 the serum HBV-DNA load in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group before and after treatment (P 0.05), the initial HBV-DNA load in the treatment group was better than that in the blank control group, and (3) the proportion of virus load in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group. Conclusion: the application of traditional Chinese medicine at infrared sensitive acupoints can effectively reduce the replication of hepatitis B virus in patients with chronic hepatitis B. it is of positive significance to improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
