【摘要】：目的:觀察蒼麻鼻炎湯治療兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法:將符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的72例兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎患兒,采取隨機(jī)分組的方法,分為治療組和對(duì)照組。治療組36例口服蒼麻鼻炎湯,對(duì)照組36例給予內(nèi)舒拿(糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑)噴鼻,4周為一個(gè)療程,對(duì)2組患兒家屬均進(jìn)行詳細(xì)指導(dǎo)護(hù)理。分別于治療6h后、治療2周后觀察兩組患兒的總有效率、主癥積分變化情況、中醫(yī)癥候積分變化,以及停藥后3個(gè)月的隨訪情況。結(jié)果:1.兩組在用藥6h后,治療組總有效率為50%,對(duì)照組總有效率為67.6%。在用藥2周后,治療組總有效率為85.3%,對(duì)照組總有效率為91.2%,治療組的總有效率與對(duì)照組相當(dāng)(P0.05),無(wú)顯著差異。2.在主癥積分方面:兩組治療前、治療6h后、治療2周后P值均0.05,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,無(wú)顯著差異。在中醫(yī)癥候積分方面:兩組用藥6h后、用藥2周后,P值均0.05,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,有顯著差異。3.治療組在治療后3個(gè)月隨訪的復(fù)發(fā)率與有效率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,兩組復(fù)發(fā)率、遠(yuǎn)期療效有顯著差異。結(jié)論:1.蒼麻鼻炎湯治療兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎的療效與內(nèi)舒拿相當(dāng)。2.蒼麻鼻炎湯在治療兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎主癥方面,起效慢于內(nèi)舒拿。在改善肺氣虛寒癥候方面療效顯著,優(yōu)于內(nèi)舒拿。3.蒼麻鼻炎湯治療兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎起效迅速,復(fù)發(fā)率低,遠(yuǎn)期療效好,安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Cangma rhinitis decoction on allergic rhinitis in children. Methods: 72 children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 36 cases in the treatment group were treated with Cangma rhinitis decoction, and 36 cases in the control group were given nasal spray with Momisone furfurate nasal spray. The family members of the two groups were given detailed guidance and nursing care for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. After 6 hours of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate, the change of main symptom score, the change of TCM syndrome score and the follow-up of 3 months after withdrawal were observed. Result: 1. After 6 hours of treatment, the total effective rate was 50% in the treatment group and 67.6% in the control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 85.3% in the treatment group and 91.2% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference. 2. In the aspect of main symptom score: before treatment, 6 hours after treatment, P value was 0.05 after 2 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups. In the aspect of syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine: after 6 hours of medication and 2 weeks of treatment, the P value was 0.05, which was statistically significant and there was significant difference between the two groups. 3. The recurrence rate and effective rate of follow-up 3 months after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). There was significant difference in the recurrence rate and long-term curative effect between the two groups. Conclusion: 1. The curative effect of Cangma rhinitis decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children is as good as that of Nishna. 2. Cangma rhinitis decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children, the effect is slower than Neshu. It is effective in improving the syndrome of deficiency of lung qi and cold, which is better than that of Nesuna. 3. Cangma rhinitis decoction has the advantages of rapid effect, low recurrence rate, good long-term effect and safe and effective effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.
