【摘要】：從病因、病理、診斷、治療、用藥等方面總結(jié)了侗醫(yī)對(duì)寒熱病認(rèn)識(shí)視角與應(yīng)對(duì)方法.認(rèn)為寒熱病是由人體內(nèi)正邪二氣斗爭(zhēng)產(chǎn)生的熱效應(yīng),診斷依照病人寒熱的感受并通過(guò)看、聞、問(wèn)、摸、算收集相關(guān)信息,治療依據(jù)寒者溫之,熱者涼之的原則,選用辛味熱性藥治療寒病,苦味寒性藥治療熱病,有較好的治療效果,值得深入研究.
[Abstract]:From the aspects of etiology, pathology, diagnosis, treatment, drug use and so on, this paper summarizes the angle of view and coping methods of Dong medicine on cold and febrile diseases. It is considered that cold and heat disease is the thermal effect produced by the struggle between good and evil in human body. According to the feeling of cold and heat of the patient and the collection of relevant information by looking, smelling, asking, touching and calculating, the treatment is based on the principle that the cold is warm and the hot is cool. It is worth further study that the treatment of cold disease is effective in the treatment of cold disease and bitter cold medicine in the treatment of cold disease and bitter cold medicine in the treatment of cold disease.
