【摘要】：產(chǎn)后痹是婦人產(chǎn)后正氣虛弱之時(shí)外感風(fēng)寒濕所致四肢關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、筋脈拘攣的一種病癥,當(dāng)屬痹證范疇,病機(jī)為正虛邪侵、痹阻經(jīng)絡(luò)、經(jīng)脈筋骨失養(yǎng),病性屬本虛標(biāo)實(shí),病證屬虛實(shí)夾雜。治療上胡老強(qiáng)調(diào)在補(bǔ)肝腎、益氣血的基礎(chǔ)上祛邪除痹,體現(xiàn)了胡老治療痹癥"病證結(jié)合、以病統(tǒng)證"的學(xué)術(shù)思想。
[Abstract]:Postpartum arthralgia is a disease of joint pain and clonus of extremities caused by exogenous wind-cold and dampness when the woman is weak after delivery. It belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome, the pathogenesis is positive deficiency and evil invasion, arthralgia hinders meridians and collaterals, meridian tendons and bones lose nourishment, disease belongs to deficiency and excess, disease syndrome is mixed with deficiency and excess. Hu Lao emphasized on dispelling evil and removing arthralgia on the basis of tonifying liver and kidney, invigorating qi and blood, which embodied Hu Lao's academic thought of "combining disease and syndrome with syndrome" in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome.
